I've been using it since it's bundled with my website on wordpress and they give a good deal. It's simple and easy to use. I haven't had any issues other than color patterns showing up weird when reading emails but nothing when writing Pros I like that it has a simple ux design that's easy to navigate. It also allows multiple signatures and categorize them for each part of your business. Pros The thing I liked the most about Titan Email is the ability to see when someone open your emails, and overall user experience with their platoform. Cons The cons I did not like is that I have to pay in order to send scheduled emails. I usually tend to use other platforms and not use my business email which makes things complicated. I reached out to customer service, explained that it’s wrong to take away features longtime users relied on, but they refused to fix anything. They simply confirmed that I now have to pay to use what was already part of the service. It’s unethical and shows zero respect for loyal customers. Pros The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the service worked well in the past when all features were included. We used it for our first year but it began to hinder our ability to conduct business so we needed to switch. This was in 2022. Pros Very cheap and easy to set up. Was great for starting out. Cons Unreliable. We had several issues sending and receiving emails and several users reported emails mysteriously disappearing, including the company owners. Pros Two things I really love about Titan Email are the "Read Receipts" feature that makes sure the receiver opened their email and the "email templates" which are so so important and useful when it comes to send the same emails to many people at different times. Smart feature Titan! Cons I think more themes could make Titan Email "cooler" to use, especially if it suits the users' profile. Pros It was easy to integrate with Wordpress. Cons OMG - there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. I plan to switch to another email provider because Titan has not responded to hundreds of requests from users over the past year to provide the option to ungroup emails. Pros I think this is one of the lowest prices from what I've seen of other services and it has many of the features that are useful for me. Cons Still hoping to get the ability to use a profile icon that shows up to receivers so they see my logo in the from sender part of an unopened email (as gmail does). President Management Consulting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Easy, Effective and Professional email" January 31, 2022 5.0 Overall, Titan provides a single space for work communications that is professional-looking, has the important features that improve workflow, allows a separation between professional and personal email, and is gentle with CPU. Pros This software is easy to use. Its professional appearance aligns with my work style and the quick response to requests for support -- including great fixes and general improvements -- indicates how much Titan appreciates and values their clients. Titan came with our Wordpress business account and I am so grateful it did! Much nicer than Microsoft mail, less bulky than Apple Mail and more professional than Gmail, value for money is very high with Titan. Cons There are a couple of features that I'd like: First, I use Apple's Calendar to display all of my accounts, business and personal. The Titan Calendar invitations only work from their app. So, I do have to switch back and forth a bit. Not a huge problem but would be more convenient if I could invite attendees to Titan Calendar events from Apple Calendar. Second, I create filters to sort incoming mail for different clients. Although this feature is available in Titan Mail (yay!), it would be even better if the rules could be more comprehensive with multiple email addresses and key words in a single rule (Gmail's is very good, as an example). However, I did give out the wrong email address, and subsequently complained to Titan about not receiving emails. They contacted me right away and I felt like about one cm tall when I realized how I goofed up, but they were professional and didn't laugh at me until I wasn't within hearing distance (joking). Pros This email has great features, many of which I am very eager to use more as my business grows. I think that is the best part of this service: it is absolutely fantastic if you are a beginner but it has the ability to handle the email needs of large operations as well. Cons There are no features I was unsatisfied with and may I add, that if you have any questions or problems, their team responds quickly to efficiently and effectively walk you through any issues you may be having.
