Customer service has been very good and the team works to provide us with anything extra reporting-wise that we ask for. Pros I like the fact that this program is customizable. We are able to create the metrics that we want our employees to be measured on within the program and GoPivot adds them. Cons Experienced some minor difficulties with using the software on some mobile platforms, but I believe that issue has been resolved. Reasons for choosing GoPivot The fact that our entire program is administered by the GoPivot team. This allows us to focus on other areas of safety within our company.
