Pros

None that one could think of. Expectations are unrealistic.

Cons

Unprofessional behavior. No team bonding whatsoever. Owners expectations are UNREALISTIC. They need to work on their Software/Product alot. The expectation to close deals within a month is simply appalling. Your comparing to giants in the market. Work on having a USP first, that would help close deals.
