They seem to be making some great progress. Pros What I like most about Jirav is the clear dedication to improving their product. Jirav is continuously releasing product enhancements that positively impact the user experience. Our Customer Success Manager (Josh) is knowledgeable, service-oriented, and truly wants our business to succeed. Cons I don’t have many dislikes about Jirav. They don’t currently integrate with our payroll provider but I believe they may be working towards a solution. I wish I had it when I was working as a financial analyst at multi-national companies - it would have saved me so much time and headache. The app makes it possible for SMEs to have access to an enterprise-level modelling tool at a fraction of the price and with better ease of use. It's a no-brainer. Pros Create beautiful budgets and multi-scenario forecasts with ease. Multi-dimensional and driver-based, so it can handle all the random complexities of business. Easy enough for my financially-novice clients to pick up and build scenarios in with ease (great for collaboration). Easy communication tool to chat about the bigger picture and where to focus efforts. Easy KPI tracking. Connects to your accounting software so you don't have to update actuals manually. Cons It's a wee bit slow at times, but we are plugging in complex accounting files into it and building out highly complex models within it. Syncing Gusto Data, Driver based planning, etc. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Head of FInance Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Review - Jirav FP&A implementation and use" July 26, 2024 5.0 Pros We were in the market to implement an FP&A tool to enable us to make confident planning decisions by upgrading our budgeting, forecasting and reporting suite. I have been using Jirav for ~ 12 months and I can confidently say it has saved significant hours and enabled us to take our FP&A function to the next level. Our internal reporting is significantly better enabling us to set comprehensive budgets and assist in achieving these budgets. The implementation team were excellent throughout the whole process, really getting to understand how our business works in older to customise the Jirav model in a way that allows us for accurate forecasting. Customer support has been great throughout the process with quick response times for report updates where needed. Jirav is now very well embedded into our tech stack and we would be lost without it. Integrations with our accounting software & CRM model is also extremely valuable, allowing for quick updates when needed. Cons I wouldn't call this a key dislike however a challenge has been the steep learning curve to understand how to best utilise the software. The team have been great with assisting to push through the learning curve and once fully up to speed using the software is great. UX/UI is an area where improvement is needed however Jirav are targeting these improvements as part of their product roadmap. During my ~ 12 months with Jirav, they have rolled out some excellent updates. As mentioned before, the team is outstanding - great tool overall. Look forward to our team more fully utilizing features that we haven't even tapped into yet. Can be a little complex - but once set up it is a fantastic tool for modeling. Cons Set up was a little complex - but to be expected when creating an entirely new forecasting/budgeting tool. It took a little time to get used to the formula structure and approach but once I did, it made a lot of sense why it was done this way. Additionally, the customer service at JIRAV is superior to most other 3rd party companies I use for our business. Cons The platform works really well but it is not as fast as I would like. Saving formulas and making changes doesn't seem to slow it down too much but initial load time and report load time can be slow. Review Source CS Charity S. And because Jirav is compatible with any type of organization, it is also cost-effective for us because we can roll out this one software - which has an entire suite of functionality (dashboarding, reporting and advanced forecasting) - across our entire client base, instead of having different types of software for different industry verticals and purpose. Pros \- Easy to set up and get started - The depth of features available and how customizable the software is to individual needs - All-in-one software that provides dashboarding, reporting and powerful forecasting capabilities all in one place. - Suitable to a variety of business types. - Tons of support available. Consolidating data - would like to be able to combine multiple QBO files into one Jirav company. Limited tiles in one dashboard - would like to consolidate all data into one dashboard. Mobile - would like to have native app so client can access dashboard on phone instead of website.
