la facilidad de poder generar contactos y poder llevar un control de los mismos, tambien es una buena herramienta para un vendedor

Cons

no tener un acceso rapido a las tareas que se estan venciendo, con tener notificaciones en ese aspecto, pero no dejo de insistir que es un buen producto

la practicidad de utilizarla, todas sus herramientas son practicas y sus graficos faciles de leer

Cons

en todo este tiempo no encontre alguna desventaja, ante cualquier duda habe con atencion al cliente y a respuesta fue casi inmediata

Me ayudo a centralizar las reseñas de mi negocio y automatizar las respuestas a esas reseñas. Con la nueva funcionalidad de sentimiento me ayudó a detectar imperfecciones en el servicio ofrecido. Pudimos definir palabras claves y me da un % del sentimiento hacia esa palabra. Si es positivo, o negativo. Permite tambien identificar el % que representa a cada sucursal.

Cons

Se podría sumar un poco mas de personalización al portal de captación de datos. Pero ya ha sido reportado y el equipo están trabajando en la actualizacion.

Lo utilizo hace un año de forma diaria y la realidad es que es muy util, facil de usar y satisfactoria a las tareas que se nos asignan, y por lo tanto, trae orden y control sobre la gestión del negocio.

Pros

Lo que más me gustó es el fácil manejo del programa y lo simple que es organizar todo mediante el mismo.

Cons

A veces se buggea, pero despues de reiniciar el programa, funciona bien.
