No issues, we always get our questions answered quickly with amazing customer service. Pros MedDream is very easy to use for our patients and referring offices. Setup was easy and smooth. Compared to our old viewer, there's a night and day difference. Cons Can't think of anything negative to say about it. It works and it works very well. Switched from [Merge RIS](https://www.capterra.com/p/127857/Merge-RIS/) Our existing RIS and portals were very dated and couldn't offer the options we needed.
