Pros

Ich führe ein Grosshandels unternehmen und es ist schwierig mit Lager und verkauf klarzukommen.Aber Reybex hat es einfach super gemeistert!Ich habe guten überblick und kann alles nach der reihe abarbeiten. Wenn Bestellungen eingehen muss ich nicht umbedingt immer mein Lagerbestand kontrollieren, denn dieser wird automatisch mitbearbeitet. Ich werde schnell informiert wenn etwas weniger bestand hat. Und genauso auch die Rechnungen werden schnell erstellt so wie ich es wollte. Easy! Super gelöst. Ich finds jetzt viel angenehmer. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons

Ich habe bisher nichts gefunden was mir nicht gefällt. Anfangs war es schwierig alles zu verstehen, doch jetzt klappt alles super und reibungslos. Finde nichts.

Mit Reybex ist es tatsächlich möglich, sämtliche Abläufe abzubilden und zu automatisieren. Wir widmen beträchtliche Zeit und Geduld der Optimierung und Automatisierung zahlreicher Prozesse. Der maßgebliche Vorteil für uns besteht darin, dass sämtliche Schritte von der Erstellung von Angeboten bis hin zur Finanzbuchhaltung in einer einzigen Software integriert sind. Dadurch entfällt die Notwendigkeit, uns mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen herumzuschlagen, und wir haben lediglich einen zentralen Ansprechpartner.

Pros

Alle unsere innerbetrieblichen Abläufe wurden erfolgreich von Reybex erfasst. Dies schließt die Auftragsbearbeitung, Bedarfsplanung, den Einkauf, die Streckenbestellung, die Kommissionierung, die Erstellung von Exportdokumenten sowie den Zahlungsabgleich und die Finanzbuchhaltung ein.

Cons

Aufgrund der Vielschichtigkeit unserer Prozesse und der umfangreichen Funktionen von Reybex erstreckte sich die Implementierungsphase über mehrere Wochen.

Reybex is a very good programme to reconcile your stocks on the different sales channels. Reybex facilitates the daily business enormously.

Pros

Reybex has an incredible number of setting options. Creating shipping labels and invoices is very easy with Reybex. Stocks between the individual sales channels are automatically reconciled. In the community support you will quickly find answers to questions or problems.

Cons

At the beginning it seems as if one is overwhelmed with the many configuration settings. It is essential to use the settings wizard and then you will be fine.

Ist für uns ein wichtiges Tool im Tagesgeschäft, womit wir Einkauf und Verkauf gut abwickeln können, die Tiefe des Programms sind und bleiben für uns in weiten Teilen mangels Schulungsunterlagen unerreichbar.

Die Geschwindigkeit mit der standardisierte Arbeitsabläufe realisiert werden können.

Cons

Dokumentation, Schulungsunterlagen (zum Teil veraltet oder nicht vorhanden).Vom Finanzamt geforderte Angaben sind nicht automatisch implementiert (Lieferdatum),schreibe ich auf jeder Rechnung händisch rein!Die Tiefe des Programms scheint mir nur für IT Profis nutzbar zu sein.

Ich schätze die sehr guten Schnittstellen zu wirklich vielen anderen Systemen die von reybex bereitgestellt werden.

Cons

Die Dokumentation könnte noch verbessert werden. Besonders beim Einrichten der Software bin ich mit der Dokumentation ab und an an Grenzen gestoßen.

Mit Reybex kann man wirklich alle Abläufe abbilden und automatisieren. Wir investieren viel Zeit und Geduld um viele Prozesse zu optimieren oder automatisieren. Der große Vorteil ist für uns, dass von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Fibu alles in einer Software abgebildet ist. Wir müssen uns mit keiner Schnittstelle quälen und haben nur noch einen Ansprechpartner.

Pros

Reybex konnte alle unsere internen Abläufe abbilden. Von der Auftragsbearbeitung, Bedarfsplanung, Einkauf, Streckenbestellung, Kommissionierung, Exportdokumente bis hin zum Zahlungsabgleich und Fibu.

Cons

Durch die Komplexität unserer Abläufe und die unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten, die Reybex bietet, hat die Einrichtung mehrere Wochen gedauert.

Keines der Alternativanbieter konnte alle unsere Anforderungen erfüllen. Spätestens bei der FiBu bieten die meisten Anbieter lediglich eine Schnittstelle zu einer anderen Software an.
