Pros Client consultations are often time limited and the Planium Pro wizard prompts allow me to focus on obtaining key details and not having to remember all the relevant questions required to develop a tailored business plan specific to industry/client activities. Comprehensive reports provide an avenue for further follow-up (and consulting hours), something traditional business plan templates don’t provide. The introductory price is the lowest compared to major competitors. The ongoing pricing for Planium Pro is lower than most competitors Advisor software and offers more value add. Cons Customer service is not yet 24/7 as I contacted Planium Pro outside of business hours in Australia, but I did receive a reply, first thing the next day. The software has helped us making all the charts and diagrams to present our ideas. Also, forecast and sensitivity analysis features have been very helpful. Pros The software was really user friendly and easy to use. The internal communication channel is amazing to organize the team on building the business plan. The opportunity to rellocate and review resources has been an asset to my company. Pros I believe the most impactful feature is the user interface, the platform is very friendly and easy to use. Furthermore, the quality of the reporting tools were really helpful to manage diverse management projects in my company and personal entrepreneurships. Cons I had some problems with the customer service due to time zone difference, because I was using the product in South America.
