They are professional, responsive, supportive and experienced in their field. Highly recommended. Pros Their reliability. In the seven years that I have been employed with TFS I can't recall the EDI files ever being late or not received due to a system issue. Cons The software is working fine I can't fault it. Reasons for choosing MessageXchange I wasn't part of the initial consideration. We have used this software for many years.
