Overall it’s a secure website with secure low cost payments and a great and easy way to learn how to build a website I love it!

Pros

I had never done a website before! I don’t take payment on my website however the website is great value for home much it costs! I have the pro version and I’m very happy with the AI tools that help with my page layout.

Cons

I wish it was a bit more customizable sometimes and sometimes it will show that the photos are one size but then when it’s published it messes the size up. When that happens I just reach out to customer service and they always fix it!

My overall experience with Webador has been deeply frustrating. I chose the platform because it was simple to use and made it easy to build a clean, professional website for my business. Unfortunately, everything changed when my site went down. From that moment on, reliability and support — the things that matter most — completely fell apart. I’ve opened multiple tickets, but the responses have been slow, repetitive, and disconnected from what’s actually happening. I keep being told the issue is fixed, yet my website is still unreachable, even from the Editor. Every day my site is down, I’m losing income and credibility, and I feel like no one is taking the urgency of this situation seriously. What started as a promising experience has turned into a major setback for my business, and the lack of real support has been the most disappointing part.

Pros

If I’m being honest, the thing that initially stands out about Webador is the simplicity of the platform. It’s designed so that someone can get a clean, functional site online without needing to be a developer. That ease of use is probably its strongest selling point. But in your situation, that strength doesn’t mean much when the site isn’t reachable. Reliability matters far more than convenience when your business depends on it, and you’ve been dealing with the opposite of reliability lately.

Cons

If I had to pinpoint the weakest part of the Webador experience, it would be the lack of real, responsive support when something critical breaks. I have 3 sites hosted with Webador, and have used their services for three years. My sites look great, and I get compliments all the time.

Pros

There is a wide variety of drag and drop zones, but there's also room for custom coding for full flexibility

Cons

I wish there were more tools to ensure my pages are ADA compliant.

My experience re the webador AI web site creation tool was fantastic a great simple way to create a web site. 10/10 credit to Webador. My experience re support very poor and very very slow.

Pros

I loved the simple to use web creation app. I had a website up and running in just a few minutes it is so far advanced compared to wix and other complicated web creation apps

Cons

The support! or rather the lack of it. I had their free mailbox. We have a app for ourradio station which sends out an email when people pres the contact button sadly the Webador mail servers constantly saw this as spam and returned it. The mail box accepted emails from my gmail account some of the time but even those were bounced back sometimes. I have now opted to open a 123-regpro mail box but require Webador to update the dns settings but again support is very very slow! Its such a great pity as the web creation Ai tool is fantastic but the support is very poor. They even sent me a questionnaire asking what i thought of the webador support. Hello is anyone there!

5 out of 10 about 15% of the time, 3 out of 75 or 80 on those really difficult 8% to 15% days.

Pros

Once the intricacies of crafting a page, where to search for desired content, how to store and retrieve that content etc becomes routine the rest is largely content placement and sculpting it until it is compatible with your vision.

Cons

I do have some ongoing irks, however. Virtually every one involves content stability on the designated page, in its designated area on the page. In brief, I often find text & graphics have migrated to another area or even to an entirely different page. I have yet to find a tool that would anchor such migratory items. Images also vex me for reasons similar to my last complaint...sizing, stability, inability to place text next to an image though enough blank space exists there. A more generous array of colors would be welcome, too. After the 2 darkest shades of each the colors become too light for my uses. Some colors are still waiting to be chosen by me. I believe that's a wrap on the problems; overall, I'm very comfortable and mostly content with the Webador construct. I'm just guessing now, but I have given probably 10 Webador competitors a test drive, but here still am I. A few I rejected after a very short time are Wix, Ionos, SquareSpace, Go Daddy...I did like Zyro almost as much as Webador, but then it was absorbed by one of the builders I really disliked with intensity. So my Zyro was outfitted with most of the tools, options, site structures of its new host. And that brings us to the end of another Webador diatribe. I thank you and look forward to ironing out a few wrinkles incurred just lately - with your adept guidance, of course. Until then...

\*Extremely Disappointing Experience with Webador — Not Recommended\* I had a very bad experience with Webador. Their customer support is unreliable and once you subscribe, they completely stop caring about your concerns. I subscribed last year and was disappointed with the limited features and poor website-building options. This year, while I was out of the country, they auto-renewed my subscription without any reminder. As soon as I realized, I emailed them to cancel and requested a partial (50%) refund, but they simply quoted their rigid policy and refused. Their cancellation policy is outdated and anti-customer — they told me I can only cancel after another full year in 2026, which is ridiculous. Despite explaining my situation and showing flexibility, their response was dismissive. The platform lacks functionality, and their customer service is not helpful at all. \*In my opinion, Webador is a waste of money.\* I wouldn't even give it one star. Save yourself the frustration — \*do not subscribe to Webador\*. Be very cautious.

Pros

and those customers or potential customers are neglected and potentially take their business elsewhere. To make matters worse. Webador only provides customer service from 8:30 am - 5 pm, monday through friday. So if you are like myself and can no longer log in to your webmail, beginning at 5:30 pm on Friday, you can't get it fixed for 60 hours at the absolute soonest. That is two and a half days. Absolutely ridiculous. It awesome that they give their employees healthy time away from work. But we pay a service fee and our businesses dont shut down just because they clocked out. Their customer service on the whole is total garbage. The employees themselves arent necessarily the issue, though i definitely experienced some passive aggressive behavior and some sarcasm, which when we are out having a beer is totally fine, but in a professional email from a paying customer is insanely inappropriate. I would fire you so fast if you worked for me and I found out you were being short or rude to the very people that pay our salaries. Overall its there take on how they and when they choose to provide customer service. It tells me as a customer, that they couldnt care less about my success or ease of use, because they cant provide even one sole person to answer an email after 5 pm or on a weekend. So very unprofessional and if im being honest, and yes, a little rude, thats the dumbest business model I have ever heard of.

Pros

Almost every aspect of the Web Builder, from creation and editing, to management and use, are top notch. Much easier and clearer than any other service I have used in the past.

Cons

My only real complaint about Webador has very little to do with the product itself. While I think the webmail provided with your domain could use some upgrading and possibly reworked to make it easier to use, it is a decent email service. The thing about Webador I like the least, and its a great deal of dislike, borderline hatred, is their pathetic and ultimately non existent customer service. If you are building a website, odds are you need every aspect of it working all the time. When the webmail fails, thats already a massive issue to most businesses. It began with me wanting to simply change the address name. I only wanted to change it from (example) job@thisismyjob.com to info@thisismyjob.com. You can not do that. They require you to completely relocate any email you need to keep, to a folder somewhere else and then they will delete all that time you poured in to setting up you inbox, which took me a good 4 to 5 hours. Now, I am not naturally inclined to understand technology, so I can not say it would take everyone that long. I am very meticulous. Anyway... they have no option to simply just change the email address. you have to contact their non existent customer service and wait for them to reply. Then you have to request that they delete your webmail account. Then you have to wait for another reply. All the while, in that window, if an existing customer or a potential new customer were to try to email you, that account no longer exists.... (continued in overall exp)

Webador representative, \[sensitive content hidden\] has locked me out of my website for alleged "unpaid" costs and fees but there is no dashboard access to those alleged unpaid bills except links in an email and no invoices available, from over a year ago! I am locked into paying for a site you do not even host, over $80.00, and I have paid every invoice don't on the platform showing due and owing, but I am locked out of my accounts from editing, removing, or doing anything! That is unconscionable and illegal! I have made complaints to the appropriate authorities, and I have entered a review on Trustpilot discussing your extortion, bullying, and your retaliation! According to your representative, I OWN THOSE SITES so to block me from removing them from your platform is unconscionable! All this started because I wanted to cancel all my websites because your website builder is not meeting my needs! This is extortion!

It\`s easy to build a website, that\`s a major advantage.

Cons

However, the software has lots of limitations as well. Furthermore, good luck - if you want to contact customer support and get a reply in any timely manner - and I mean waiting for 2-3 days sometimes if you contact them on Socials. So save yourself the trouble and skip that option and call them direct. Although that also doesn't always succeed. And when you finally do get any sort of reply via email or phone, you\`ll either be redirected or attended rude. So literally you pay for not-so-great functionalities and to be offended. Last, but not least - if you want to discontinue their service, make sure you do it way before the start date of your contract - e.g. 10 apr, as if you do it on 11 apr, you\`ll be stuck with 2 more months with them. Couldnt recommend less.

Webador offers you some really cool designs to create, you can do amazing work for blog sites. There are a lot of features to make your job easier and they have done it really well. Webador is a successful site that can be preferred. Even though I took a look at the e-commerce side, I did not use it, but good things can come out there, too. And it's really cheap both for what it offers you and in general.

Cons

I think Webador doesn't have enough resources so more popular apps might get in the way.

Pros

I did like the service, but the management and the customer service are terrible.

Cons

I mistakenly bought the wrong subscription and emailed customer service to change this and provide me with a partial refund. They ghosted my emails, and I had to cancel my subscription after a few months of paying and not using it (AS IS ALSO NOT MENTIONED ON WEBADOR). Still, they are continuously charging me and ignoring my requests. Watch out for WEBADOR!!!
