October 5, 2025 2.0 I start creating a website giving the opportunity to end users to upload file to my website, upon activating the website after multiples hours of work, the file upload did not work. Contact customer support for them to let me know that only few type of file are allowed. I then try to start a conversation with them asking why they could not allowed my requested file type and the lady in customer support could not and would not give me a proper answer as to why. She simply kept answering me "we do not allowed this type of file at this time." Asking why was not answered, asking reasonable questions to try to understand was totally ignore and I got back that these type of files were not allowed. All of that occurs over a weekend which tell me that the issue was not even escalate to the proper channel, but was only given the usual type of response they would give to anybody who contact them, without even discussing-it with their technical resources in the first place. Contact customer support or not would not give you end user experience expected, but would rather leave you cold and frustrated. Pros Easy to create professional looking website, as long as your website remain pretty standard, you should be fine, but don't deviate from standard establish because you will find soon enough that they don't actually care. Cons Customer support can hardly be describe as customer support. Their replay are quite generic and do not show any sign of intelligence. It is probably attended by an old woman who has no idea what a website could or could not do. If you receive a reply from Radiana Todorova, then don't even bother escalating the problem further because she will keep on answering you the same warm-up reply. Der Kundenservice agiert hinter undurchsichtigen bürokratischen Barrieren – es wird behauptet, dass Konten ohne präzise Seitenangaben nicht gefunden werden können, was wie ein Vorwand wirkt, um Probleme abzuwiegeln. Noch schlimmer: Laufende Verträge werden bei Kündigungen kommentarlos beendet, ohne jegliche Rückvergütung. Die Plattform mag auf den ersten Blick für kleinere Projekte oder den simplen Webauftritt eines kleinen Ladens um die Ecke genügen, der eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Lösung sucht. Doch für ambitioniertere Projekte, die Beständigkeit und guten Support erfordern, ist Webador schlicht nicht geeignet. Es fehlt an Transparenz, Unterstützung und einer echten Kundenorientierung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Support ist enttäuschend. Anfragen werden unzureichend und mit minimalem Einsatz behandelt. Häufig wird vorgegeben, Informationen nicht zu verstehen oder zu besitzen, selbst wenn diese klar bereitgestellt wurden. Kündigungen und Widersprüche innerhalb der vorgesehenen Frist werden schlichtweg ignoriert, was für Kunden eine Zumutung ist. Dazu kommen langsame Reaktionszeiten von zwei Tagen oder mehr, was besonders ärgerlich bei dringenden Anliegen ist. Insgesamt kann ich nur jedem davon abraten, langfristig auf Webador zu setzen. Es gibt zahlreiche bessere Alternativen. Sollte sich jedoch herausstellen, dass die fehlende Kompetenz einzelner Mitarbeiter ursächlich für diese Probleme ist und das Unternehmen Verbesserungen einführt, bin ich bereit, meine Bewertung zu überdenken. Bis dahin bleibt ein bitterer Nachgeschmack und der dringende Rat, nach einer verlässlicheren Lösung zu suchen. Pros Spielzeugwebsitebauksten leicht zu bedienen Cons Extrem schlechter Support. Jedoch haben wir geglaubt in deiner Situation den Fall gelöst zu haben. Die Umstände deines ersten jährlichen Abonnements, konnten wir erklären, da du dies selbst nach einigen Monaten gekündigt und gelöscht hattest. Hierbei wird kein Guthaben gutgeschrieben. Pros I am currently using Webador and have been paying a discounted subscription for 3 months, I am not comfortable with it at all. I seem to still not understand it though is supposed to be one of the easiest programs out there. I haven't actually found where I can actually connect my store to a drop shipping company.
