CEO Market Research Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Extortion by Support Administrator \[sensitive content hidden\]" May 23, 2023 1.0 They have non-existent support and engage in billing fraud Cons Webador representative, \[sensitive content hidden\] has locked me out of my website for alleged "unpaid" costs and fees but there is no dashboard access to those alleged unpaid bills except links in an email and no invoices available, from over a year ago! I am locked into paying for a site you do not even host, over $80.00, and I have paid every invoice don't on the platform showing due and owing, but I am locked out of my accounts from editing, removing, or doing anything! That is unconscionable and illegal! I have made complaints to the appropriate authorities, and I have entered a review on Trustpilot discussing your extortion, bullying, and your retaliation! According to your representative, I OWN THOSE SITES so to block me from removing them from your platform is unconscionable! All this started because I wanted to cancel all my websites because your website builder is not meeting my needs! This is extortion! Cons I mistakenly bought the wrong subscription and emailed customer service to change this and provide me with a partial refund. They ghosted my emails, and I had to cancel my subscription after a few months of paying and not using it (AS IS ALSO NOT MENTIONED ON WEBADOR). Still, they are continuously charging me and ignoring my requests. Watch out for WEBADOR!!! Review Source Roger L. I highly recommend this platform for other authors and small businesses. Pros I love the ease of creating the website. I did it in a few hours. I spend about an hour a week updating and adding new material. It is impressively easy to use and maintain. Cons I was disappointed that the slideshow feature required an album which would require an upgrade, but I found excellent work-arounds to achieve what I was looking for. Cons I don’t like how you can’t get a store unless you are a paying customer, although it is priced so well that I would look into this. Cons However, the software has lots of limitations as well. Furthermore, good luck - if you want to contact customer support and get a reply in any timely manner - and I mean waiting for 2-3 days sometimes if you contact them on Socials. So save yourself the trouble and skip that option and call them direct. Although that also doesn't always succeed. And when you finally do get any sort of reply via email or phone, you\`ll either be redirected or attended rude. So literally you pay for not-so-great functionalities and to be offended. Last, but not least - if you want to discontinue their service, make sure you do it way before the start date of your contract - e.g. 10 apr, as if you do it on 11 apr, you\`ll be stuck with 2 more months with them. June 27, 2022 4.0 Pros Webador offers you some really cool designs to create, you can do amazing work for blog sites. There are a lot of features to make your job easier and they have done it really well. Webador is a successful site that can be preferred. Even though I took a look at the e-commerce side, I did not use it, but good things can come out there, too. And it's really cheap both for what it offers you and in general. When I had a problem customer service got back to me quickly. Cons I cannot find any fault with Webador, everything worked as described. Pros It is particularly easy and understandable the way it is set. Cons As expressed on and an email sent to customer services, the professional pages have to be completely locked to the general public, which does not help professionals who will use the website, when, it could only be the prices hidden rather than the entire page. On the other hand, the payment methods could also be opened to more local facilities, as just to open with Mollie is not the best as it makes us incur in unnecessary fees.
