I’ve used Uplifter for a couple of years now. I work agency-side and our clientbase is entirely enterprise-level. The same thing happens almost every time when we perform our initial analytics audits… Data is split across multiple different sources, channels, campaigns, etc. and totally polluted with bad data from poor campaign tracking. Same culprits every time: using a spreadsheet (sometimes not even doing that btw), no governance, everyone making up their own values. For enterprises to be doing this, it’s insane. But it makes us look good when we’re able to consolidate everything and provide a foolproof setup using Uplifter. I’ve had so many marketing managers over the moon when they see their campaigns are actually performing well - the problem was just that they were being reported incorrectly. As reporting is fixed, marketing campaigns are attributed correctly and they look more successful than before. Also, for our own agency’s marketing, their URL shortener and branded QR code generator have been awesome for our events and conferences. It’s just simple and easy to use and impossible to get wrong - not much more to say than that really! The campaign ROI planner is a lovely cherry on top. Clients love it because they can take the plans to internal stakeholders and get bigger budgets, which is good for me at the end of the day! It learns from your campaigns and helps you plan your next one… figures from projected clicks, CTR and sales volume. It's what all clients should be doing: using the ROI from the last campaign to justify the next one. Overall, I’d say every enterprise should use a link management platform to create UTM codes. I would highly recommend Uplifter as the best option, thanks to their comprehensive software and the knowledgeable, helpful team behind it.

Pros

I can manage all my campaign links in one platform for my own agency and my clients. But most importantly, I can ensure governance across marketing, analytics, and sales teams when it comes to creating campaign links. There's no more broken UTM tracking because Uplifter enforces naming conventions and rules. I can create and manage: - UTM parameters - Branded shortlinks - QR codes - App deep links Whereas most other platforms only do one or two of these. The reporting dashboards on Uplifter are just great. They are simple, but effective. I don’t feel like I’m being bombarded with so much on the screen and that’s what I’ve found is important for my clients too. Uplifter, as a business, knows what is important and delivers that in their reporting. But you have plenty of customisability as well. The user journey visualisations are especially cool btw!

Cons

Nothing. Uplifter does everything I want and needed it to a link management platform. No complaints.
