Dopo i primi giorni di ambientamento, il sistema diventa un vero alleato nella gestione quotidiana. Abbiamo ottimizzato la pianificazione delle manutenzioni e migliorato la qualità dei dati disponibili per prendere decisioni. L’assistenza Geomap è stata sempre tempestiva e professionale. Lo consiglio a chi gestisce patrimoni complessi e vuole passare a una gestione realmente digitale e integrata. Pros La possibilità di avere una visione unificata e aggiornata in tempo reale su tutto il patrimonio immobiliare è uno dei grandi punti di forza di Geomap FMS. Ho apprezzato molto la struttura ad albero delle anagrafiche, che consente di navigare facilmente tra immobili, impianti e componenti. L’interoperabilità con altri sistemi (contabilità, BIM, sensori IoT) è un vantaggio concreto per chi, come noi, deve far dialogare più ambienti software. Molto utile anche il sistema di notifiche automatiche e l’accesso mobile per i tecnici, che riduce i tempi di risposta sul campo. Il motore GIS e la gestione cartografica sono un plus raro in questo tipo di soluzioni. Cons Alcuni moduli avanzati (come la reportistica KPI o il BIM 3D) richiedono un po’ di tempo per essere pienamente compresi e sfruttati. In fase iniziale, la mole di funzionalità può disorientare e serve un affiancamento strutturato per il go-live. Anche se l’usabilità generale è buona, alcuni flussi operativi potrebbero essere snelliti ulteriormente.
