Pros The software is still good, it is fast and easy to use, however this is of little use if you cannot reliably send emails to people on your newsletter lists. Cons The mailing servers they use are now listed on Major Spam Blacklists such as Spamhaus. Therefore emails do not arrive and in turn lower the email reputation of your own domains. Support now appears to be non-existent, I wrote to them explaining the issues I faced sending email, demonstrating the excellent email reputation of my domains and the reasons why the emails were no longer send successfully using their platform, they did not even bother replying. The list is purely from my dealer and distributor network. Also their support is very very pathetic. They didn't bother to address customers problem. Don't waste your money on Accumabmail. It's very easy to manage email lists and even easier to build really great looking email newsletters using their builder. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other solutions. I found that deliverability was superior to recipients inboxes. Cons The interface can be clunky but easy to understand once you get used to it.
