¡Excelente producto! Funciona a las mil maravillas. Después de haber probado varias herramientas de email marketing es la que considero más sencilla de utilizar, fiable y eficaz. El servicio de estadísticas es estupendo. Tienen buenos tutoriales de ayuda y, si necesitas contactar con ellos, te atienden de manera rápida y eficaz. El precio es también muy adecuado. En resumen, un producto/servicio con excelente calidad y atención.

Cons

Echo en falta poder copiar un bloque entero de una a otra plantilla, aunque tampoco es nada grave.

En general, pese a que se puede mejorar, es una plataforma que cumple a la perfección con su cometido.

Pros

Muy fácil de gestionar, intuitiva y al reunir diversas herramientas de marketing en un solo lugar hace que sea muy productiva.

Cons

Necesitan trabajar un poco más la RGPD, que pese a que es suficiente y legal, es bastante difícil de poner en las landings. No se pueden copiar los formularios para ponerlos en diferentes listas. Actualizar e incrementar las plantillas de ejemplo.

### "No Support and Blacklisted Mailing Servers"

I no longer use their platform to send emails, although I do check every now and then to see if the reputation of their mailing systems have improved, so far, they have not.

Pros

The software is still good, it is fast and easy to use, however this is of little use if you cannot reliably send emails to people on your newsletter lists.

Cons

The mailing servers they use are now listed on Major Spam Blacklists such as Spamhaus. Therefore emails do not arrive and in turn lower the email reputation of your own domains. Support now appears to be non-existent, I wrote to them explaining the issues I faced sending email, demonstrating the excellent email reputation of my domains and the reasons why the emails were no longer send successfully using their platform, they did not even bother replying.

I use this tool mainly to create landing pages that give me the opportunity to collect data and do lead generation with excellent forms without having to use connectors or APIs for data transfer since everything remains stored before starting to create mail marketing funnels .

Pros

I really like Acumbamail because it allows me to do many automations in a simple way and at certainly lower costs than competitors. I appreciate it because being a European company, it takes care of the GDPR and gives me greater guarantees for my campaigns in Europe.Their SMS marketing service is also very good. There are many very beautiful templates, even a beginner learns to use it quickly because the tutorials are complete and easy to understand. Its automations are perfect and allow you to do many things. His assistance was quick

I would also like to have an Italian version, but the English and Spanish ones are very intuitive so it's not a big problem

Amo el servicio, pero extrañaré el chat en vivo de soporte.

Pros

Llevamos utilizando Acumbamail desde hace mucho tiempo. Siempre nos gustaron sus funcionalidades y la facilidad de uso. La plataforma es muy completa. Ofrece unas posibilidades de personalización tremendas. Nunca hemos tenido problemas para adaptar nuevos diseños o gestiona las listas. Además, las funciones de reporting ¡son lo más! Al igual que la forma en la que se gestionan las bajas, por ejemplo. Ya nos gusta mucho, pero desde la última actualización, aún más. EL look es fresco, agradable, más funcional y amigable.

Cons

Es verdad que el servicio al cliente es inmejorable, pero el haber perdido el chat en vivo para las dudas ha restado un montón a la sensación de seguridad y amigabilidad que tanta personalidad daban a la página. Las personas que atendían las consultas eran súper agradables y atentas. Yo personalmente lo echaré de menos porque pese a que el nuevo sistema de respuestas por correo resulta igual de útil, cuando se envían capturas desde Acumbamail, no siempre llegan con la calidad suficiente para que sirvan como herramienta para resolver el caso.

En general me gusta esta aplicación de mailing: eficaz, rápida y cómoda. Tiene una sección de reporte de resultados sobre mails envidados muy útil.

Pros

Es una aplicación fácil de usar: las funcionalidades son intuitivas, las listas son fáciles de cargar, editar e implementar y la edición de textos de difusión es sencilla.Calidad precio está bien.

Cons

La estructura de los mails siempre es muy similar.

I like products that are easy to use. Granted, Acumbamail does not have all the fancy bells and whisltes as some, but it does have great features - campaigns, auto responder, SMTP transactional email capability, landing pages, and ability to integrate with Wordpress.

Pros

Very affordable for the features offered. Easy to create a campaingn, literally just takes 10-15 minutes. Cannot speak to the landing pages since I have not used them yet (I have a separate product I currently use) but I plan on incorporating it soon to seel if i can drop my existing product. The template designs for newsletters are pretty good and they have a decent variety.

Cons

I purchased an agency tier so that I would have the option to provide email marketing services in the future. However, it seems you have to contact the support team to actually set it up. That seems a little archaic and you should be able to create it in you account console. This part is not ideal, but not bad enough that I felt the need to deduct my rating. But I wish this was improved so its more self-serve.

I especially like the ability to track campaigns and their success, as well as the built-in reports. It's a great tool for businesses looking to boost their reach and get better engagement.

Acumbamail does show its strength and acts as good alternative to existing Email Marketing Tools. It combines the strengths of a email and landing page builder and gives me good insights and tracking data. Tho sometimes I wish integrating it with my e-commerce store makes it easier to get to know my customers better. Thankfully the team could help me by providing tips and referred to some best practices.

Pros

The main reason I purchased Acumbamail was its SMTP feature. I connected my sites to Acumbamail's SMTP server easily using a third party WP plugin. It's working like a clock now.Then I headed over to see what other features it had and I must admit I wasn't expecting it to be this solid and full... You have everything at hand for email marketing.And the support team was very prompt and helpful.

Cons

The only thing I can say is the left side menu design and color.

Acumbamail è una buona piattaforma per l'email marketing: ho acquistato una licenza a vita tramite una promozione e posso inviare un tot di email al mese; per il mio utilizzo è più che sufficiente e consiglio di provare la piattaforma anche solo per un test (è possibile infatti pagare per un solo mese).

Pros

La piattaforma di Acumbamail è abbastanza intuitiva e facile da usare. L'importazione dei contatti è semplice e non ho incontrato particolari difficoltà nell'invio delle mie campagne.

Cons

Ho acquistato il servizio di pulizia delle liste ma in pratica controlla solo tra i contatti di altri clienti Acumbamail se quell'indirizzo risulta esistente o meno. Inutile dire che questa funzionalità dia un risultato parziale ed infatti moltissimi dei miei contatti non più esistenti non sono stati trovati (e sono costretto a ripulire il database ad ogni invio esportando gli hard bounce).

What is negative for me is that you get a bunch of scheduled emails while you are waiting for support to get back to you. Unfortunately, overall I cannot give more than 3 stars.

Pros

Definitely a good choice to cover the basics and if you get the right deal, it could be worth the money. Templates are fine so far, however, I am curious if and what the team has been working on the past months as there is no investment visible into the product itself.

Cons

To have to reach out to technical support to enable SMTP is an absolute no-go for trusted clients that have purchased it via special channels and not via the website.

I've finally found a marketing email platform that I can use for our multiple brands for a very cost effective amount. It's easy to use and has a lot of great features like automation.

Pros

I manage a number of different brands so the agency option is great! It was super easy to setup and I can 'shuffle' quantities around across the brand accounts easily. Setting up DNS and importing contacts was a breeze.

Cons

I've found Spanish in various places (New agency accounts when logging in for the first time, the Acumbamail support section). But this isn't too much of an issue if you use Chrome as it translates for you.
