"Software for Effective Field Services"

Overall: We are using FieldCircle for more than 2 year and we are getting better technical support if we have any issue.

Pros: Inexpensive and easy to use. Work orders and reports are available instantly

Cons: Lack of advanced customization options is a concern. Improving dashboard features to enable users to create their own reports and dashboards would be beneficial.

"Field Circle is One of the Best Decisions We've Made for Our Business!"

Overall: We required a lot of customizations being that we work in a niche part of the Medical Device industry. We work on equipment vital for procedures such as trauma & elective surgeries, as well as pain management. We keep the docs going. The Field Circle Team greatly accommodated our needs and asks. The communicate progress within the process well as we've come along. My customers are impressed with our service reports thanks to the FC Team!

Pros: The ease of use, mobility, responsiveness of the support team, and the fact it serves as CRM & Field Service Management in one package.

Cons: There's not much that I don't like about it. I feel like if I want to see change, the support staff is friendly and approachable enough to where we'd work things out.

Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Service Cloud
Reasons for Choosing FieldCircle: Pricing and efficiency of the software. Other software companies were trying to push stuff we didn't need as a budding business.

"The best Field Service Management Software so far"

Pros: Dispatching Module Scheduling Product History Assets and Customer module Opportunity, Estimates and Sales order Module Reports

Cons: Nothing so far, Field Circle need to improve with reports. May be customised reports and be able to have individual asset report with all the history of what was changed when and by who
