Pros

A robust platform in content management (even for the intellectual properties of the content).

Cons

It can be useful, but they often lack the flexibility needed to meet individual business needs. It is expensive and difficult to use for a regular user, making it a poor choice for many businesses. Also, the publishing rules and content syndication fails in the benchmark with similar tools.
