Pros Syndication Pro is an incredibly effective tool. The software manages all of our leads and investors, calculates distributions, has integrated email tools, and handles all of our e-signing needs. It does all of this while still being more competitively priced than their competitors. Cons There is a little bit of a learning curve at first with the software. After you spend a few hours exploring the product it is very simple and user friendly. Was looking for a CRM platform which is easy to use for the non-tech potential investor. Used a different CRM in the past which was a barrier to investors. This platform allows potential investors to look at your past deals - essential in a platform. Also need platform which continues to support investor communication. July 8, 2020 5.0 Most importantly, SyndicationPro customer service, engagement and responsiveness have been outstanding. This is extremely important to us, and they have always made us feel important. We also like that the founders bring the right background of software and designed couples with real and active deal syndication experience....they can quickly translate business needs to functional features in a way investors and sponsors can easily use them. Pros A very intuitive interface; ease of use both for the investor and sponsor Nicely designed layout; this helps support the ease of use. Feature rich, had everything that 'larger' companies offered and continue to build out more and more features quickly. Cost structure that scales well; from one deal to dozens, syndication groups can enjoy the same high quality function and features rightsized for their need. Cons The things I did not like were features that were not available such as deeper CRM automation functions or clean ties to distribution payments. However, these are functions that SyndicationPro is aggressively working to add / improve and these were not well handled on any competitive platform to our satisfaction either. SyndicationPro has allowed us to communicate with our investors in a more streamlined and efficient manner. The team at SyndicationPro are very helpful and quick to respond! Cons The integration with our active campaign took a while to set up to where it was fully automated, but from conversations with the SyndicationPro team, I guess they are working on making that process easier. From helping us onboard the software and migrating our information, to answering all my many questions quickly and efficiently. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is always gracious in response to requested optimizations or needed items too. The software has been great for our investors as well. And has cut down our need to answer questions since they can log in to their account and easily find all their information. And information on any upcoming deals. Pros With a background in customer service, I love the feature where you can log in as the investor. Pros SyndicationPro really makes the process of managing your real estate syndications easy. The ability to manage your leads communicate with investors and have them sign your documents directly in the application are awesome. Cons It currently doesn't really integrate with my own CRM. The team at Syndication Pro are exceptionally responsive and professional. Not sure how we could do this without them! Cons There are some minor tweaks in the organization of investors with multiple investments and multiple partners. Pros This software is super easy to use and set up. I was able to get a pre-existing deal set up and get all of our investors set up on the portal within a few hours. Pros Customer Service. Any issues, any explanations, anything needed... they are very quick to respond with helpful insight. Also, the tutorials are incredible.
