That the Apple app is paid for. The reporting functionality needs some work.

The product is easy to use - But support on the product is not always available and this leads to frustrations. The product is adaptable above expectations.

Pros

The Product is easy to use. Reports and Dashboards can be setup to requirement within the system

Cons

The Product is slow and over loads easily kicks users out while working, Opening Job cards takes long - no way to to prevent users opening j/c on incorrect assets

Pastel is not user friendly and its driven from an accounting background not a management backgound
