OWNER Arts and Crafts Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Easy and quick." August 10, 2021 5.0 Overall sezzle is amazing. So far for as long as I have been using it, it has been a Godsend. I will definitely be recommending this to other people so that they can benefit from this as well. Pros Sezzle is an easy way to obtain the items you want/need on a more budget-friendly scale. I was able to afford to get some things for my home without having to break the bank because sezzle breaks the payments up into 4 smaller payments and takes the payment out of your account automatically. It is exactly how it is described in the ad, buy now pay later. I also love that they do not accrue interest. So basically what they tell you, you owe is what you owe. Cons As much as I love sezzle I wish that they gave you the option to choose when the payment will come out. I get paid on Fridays and sometimes I don't always shop on Fridays. If you shop on Monday but want the payment to be taken out on Friday I think you should be able to choose which day you want it to come out. Review Source KP Katelynn P. Love the credit card payment method. Payment processing. And payment security. Cons Really wasn’t a fan of the customer support and took me a while to get to know how to use everything once I did. After the first-time payment you MUST add a bank account or be penalized by being charged almost five dollars each time you need to load money onto the account. If you have chosen a “pay in 4 payments purchase”, the fees add up to almost twenty dollars, for a single purchase. When you close the account, any remaining balance will be forfeited. I had twenty-nine dollars and fifty cents in my balance but was unable to spend it because the minimum virtual card that can be created is thirty-five dollars. It seems a virtual card is the only way to spend the balance of the account. I cut my losses and closed my account and forfeited the remaining money. I think this is a predatory arrangement, please be aware of these details before entering into an arrangement with Sezzle. Pros I thought it would help with building a credit score. They can raise your credit limit at any time. Pros Very simple process, easy to navigate their system, Can use your bank card and very secure system... Cons Customer service is not the best. Admin Accounting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Stupid App" June 4, 2025 1.0 I returned 2 orders so I could receive the refund back to Sezzle and not have to continue making the payments on those 2 orders. Sezzle applied the refund to 2 other orders that wasn’t even due for a while and I end up with failed payments, then late payments and they dropped my spend power all the way down. All because they applied the refunds to the wrong orders. I contacted customer service and they told me its nothing they could do and hung up. Yeah I could have paid those orders somehow but they normally refund the same order back. Pros Pay anywhere option allows you to use the app more. The app is ok to use until you have issues then you on your own. Cons Customer service was terrible. I had failed payments, and late payments and them dropping my spend power when it was their fault. I asked if they could forgive the fees that weree accrued durring the proces of my conflict with the seller. They refused to help in anyway and now i owe more in fees than the whole item even cost. Do not recomend them in any way shape or form. Pros Logo is neat. Thats about the only good thing about them. Took 6 days to have a conversation with them. I guess they can only send 1 email a day. Cons There are lots of adds for products that I don’t need or want. And signing into the app is sometimes a long process. Sezzle lists the stores that you can use it at, and it also has an app that makes it convenient to keep up with your purchases. Sezzle premium is extremely beneficial! I can see how much I owe. I also can check my spending limit, and reschedule payments if I need to. Sezzle premium is very generous in that they are the only pay in four option that allows you to reschedule your upcoming payment up to three times. Cons I don't like that you have to get an invitation to apply/be considered to use Sezzle premium. I hope that it becomes available to all to use. I called Sezzle to tell them what occurred and you know what they said “too bad no refunds”. Are you freaking serious. So I tried to remove my atm from their site and it won’t allow you to. I paid off a pair of shoes I had bought from them but refuse to pay $500 of which no one has received. They repeatedly say they will have a supervisor call me and after 5 calls to them over 3 weeks I’m still waiting to hear from them. I have called my bank to refund my money.
