When they did contact us none of us could understand what he was saying 'language barrier'. It started with one of their devices going bad and them charging me because I didn't use it for 40 hours! My other problem is when we started with them I was not told we had to use them 40 hours per box. We received 3 and I'm sure we where way over 120 hours total but the one broken box got us a charge. We run a busy place and don't have time to run around checking TV's time on the device Cons see pros could be a good thing if they would work out a few bugs like total the hours of all devices and hire a few customer service reps that speak clear English. I feel we might have found a point where I could have been happy but not like this. Switched from [Loop](https://www.capterra.com/p/10014948/Loop/) seems they where going out of business and I had a general curiosity of what else was out there. I sold my business, had transferred the service to the new owner. Deleted my account. Then six months later they started to charge me 20 bucks every few weeks. No one answers their phone. Nothing worked how it was supposed to, however, and now I can’t get in contact with anyone to help. Upon further research I’ve learned why. Pros The concept of having something to advertise my brand on and supplement sports. Cons They got rid of everybody in the company so I can’t even call anybody for support when their service is failing yet I’m stuck footing the bill. Chadwick showed me all of my Atmosphere options that would work with travel and the camping industry. It was easy to convince our corporate office since there are no hidden agendas and fees. Pros Being that I am technically challenged at times, I was able to set this up very easily with no problem. Cons We like it all. It was easy setup and easy to use with local cable. Very impressed. Pretty much turn it on and let it go. Folks love watching the coffee chive channel and is good that it is family friendly Pros Apple tv is much more of a stable platform than roku. Roku could be very glitchy and would have to be reset often. I have not had to do anything other than turn it on with the apple tv Cons None that i know of.
