Overall: We've been working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] from the LoopVOC and they have been consistent and committed to helping us stand up our Voice of the Partner program and offered advice as to how to roll this out across our company.
Pros: We've been able to take all of our qualitative feedback that comes in through multiple channels and have it live in LoopVOC. This will solve a a huge need for our company, which is how to analyze the thousands of comments we receive and what are partners are truly trying to communicate with us. What I love most about LoopVOC so far that there is no limit on the amount of users, so we can truly use it is a hub for our entire company for all of the qualitative feedback coming in. We are using Salesforce reports to push data into Loop, as well as Zapier to get our comments from our NPS Survey in Pendo also into the tool.
Cons: The software is newer, so there is definitely room for growth as the company expands. That being said, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been responsive to our needs and questions.
