Overall, my experience with Cinch has been positive. It offers more functionality than my last CRM and has helped deliver real value for my business. While it has taken more time than expected and had more hiccups, the added capabilities and responsive support have made it worthwhile.

Pros

Cinch has been a game changer for my business. Since switching, I’ve seen more reviews, more positive customer feedback, and greater overall value than I got from my previous CRM. I believe the investment in Cinch is paying off, and their support team has been responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Cons

It feels like I’m constantly reaching out to Cinch to correct issues and update inaccurate data. We’re coming up on nearly a year of using Cinch, and I’m still contacting support on a weekly basis. The main problem is a lack of thoroughness. When I’m told an issue is fixed, I often have to be cautious because the resolution is not always complete. Overall, I’m spending far more time than expected managing my CRM.

Spectacular onboarding, incredible customer service, and truly a pleasure to partner together. Very excited to continue to see the ROI from these efforts.

Pros

The onboarding process was seamless and simple. Then the support that \[sensitive content hidden\] has offered in building out these journeys and creatives while presenting data in an easy-to-understand way!

Cons

The cost is still high for us, being a smaller company. I wish that it had full CRM capabilities so we could operate out of it more frequently for follow-ups.

Cinch is an amazing software with the team to match. Always innovating and improving, the capabilities Cinch provides allows me as a marketing director to answer “YES” every time I’m asked “is this possible?”.

Pros

There’s nothing my business can’t do with Cinch. We use this tool for every part of our customer communication journey as well as key lead generating campaigns. The team behind the product is also fantastic.

Cons

There’s a learning curve, but once you get comfortable you’re off to the races.

We have had a lot of positive response to our marketing efforts sent through Cinch. It has made things easier to organize, and our users have been happy with the content.

Pros

How easy it was, I just drug and dropped all the flows I wanted to create. It was intuitive and seamless.

Cons

I sent a few too many emails, but that's not really a problem!

CINCH is the type of software that allows you to run your email/mail marketing campaigns with ease. It allows you to create more targeted campaigns, while A/B testing which ones work the best for your customer base. You can set them and forget them, if you are that type, or you can build the campaigns step by step and then analyze the data using the many reports that CINCH provides. We have found CINCH to be the future of our email/mail marketing. We’ve seen great results thus far and believe that trend to continue.

Pros

The data insights and customer personas are incredible, building automated journeys for our customers based off that data and the insights is really simple and the price is phenomenal! Their support and training is top notch and the absolute best thing about Cinch is the ROI we've received, it can't be beat!

Cons

I had to contact Cinch directly to create my account. There are several account management features I have to do through their support and can't do directly in my account yet. They say this is coming.
