It used to be much better when the company was small. Now it takes quite long for the customer service to respond and address the issues.

Pros

Quite pleasant visual design. Allows you to take full control over your click and collect ordering.

Cons

Ordering kiosks very slow at times despite good broadband connection. Uploading pictures takes really long time.
