Die (nicht ganz) Noncoding App macht den Einstieg für Datenbank Erfahrene leicht. Ohne jeglich Vorkenntnisse in Datenbanken Abläufe, Prozesse und zumindest rudimentären Software Kenntnissen kommt man aber auch hier nicht weit. Mir reichen die Designmöglichkeiten und ich mag die schlanke Anbindung, wenn alle Tabellen in glide angelegt sind. Aber was bringt mir die netteste App, wenn ich sie trotz Bezahlversion nicht an den potentiellen User bringen kann? GARNICHTS. Daher mein Fazit: Nett fürs Hobby und um das eigene Projekt zu testen. Totaler Quatsch fürs Business.

Prinzipiell nicht schlecht. Aber Veröffentlichen absolut unmöglich und 0 Support trotz Bezahlversion

Cons

Ich kann die App nicht wirklich veröffentlichen, da es immer Fehlermeldungen gibt und kein Support. Sei es, weil es angeblich eine Business Email Adresse ist, sei es ... ja, wieso? Technisch ist alles korrekt, aber mögliche Fehlerquellen können nicht erörtert werden mit den "Support". Bekomme nur die Bezahlversion als mögliche Lösung angeboten - die man auch braucht, damit die App theoretisch läuft. Nun, ich zahle für die App und es funktioniert trotzdem nicht. Schade, denn es könnt wirklich eine nette App sein.

### "I love Glide"

My overall experience is fantastic, I could not imagine going back to the way I did things before Glide.

Pros

I love Glide for a number of reasons. The first reason is in the 15 years I have been in this business I have never had a TDS come back with every single box checked and question answered until I started using Glide. Second reason is I can send the AVID's to Agents I work with when they are at the property and they can complete it on their phone. I also love the ability to add pictures to the AVIDs ensuring that there is no ambiguity on what is referenced. Finally sending disclosures to the Buyers has never been easier, I love that Glide will auto populate all the signature and initial tabs in Docusign.

Cons

When I filled out an AVID at a property the internet was not great and the system kept losing my comments and pictures, I had to keep entering them over and over. It can be a little hard for older clients to us.

We used to have to meet with clients, review every line and sit and wait until they were finished - a long, arduous process. If we needed to make corrections, we literally had to start over. Glide has removed all the issues, saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort, made the process MUCH easier for our clients - it doesn't get much better than that!

Pros

For years we looked for solutions to fill out mandatory real estate disclosures that would give us clean, readable, first generation copies. Historically, the disclosures have been filled out by hand - often incorrectly and more often than not, illegible. Glide's process of asking questions is tremendously helpful to our clients and takes a task that was previously viewed as confusing, arduous and bothersome to straightforward and easy. This is a win-win for us - our clients like the use of the product, they are easy for us to review and correct as necessary, they connect directly to our eSignature program and we end up with crystal-clear first generation copies.

Cons

We would like to see a "Do not know" option available for some questions - in some cases clients really do not know the answers.

This program has been a game changer in my transaction coordinating business. I have been able to increase my capacity for my business using this program!

Pros

I love being able to flag questions for the sellers to change, explanations for the questions, and the option for the agents to complete their AVID's. On the users end, it seems relatively user friendly. Even non-tech savvy clients seem to be able to figure it out. I also love the integration with Docusign and being able to share the disclosure package. No more missed questions or explanations.

Cons

I would like to see th option to not autopopulate signature fields for some of the documents. Whenever sellers share an email address, I have to correct the 2nd sellers name because it changes it to Seller #1's name. I would also like to see the option to stamp a page of any attachment other than just the cover page.

Pros

This program has become a vital part of my business and helps me be more efficient in my day to day transaction management. The return rate of completed disclosure forms from Sellers and Agents has more than doubled and I can't see going back to business before this system.

Cons

I wish there was an ability to add folders in the documents section and I wish when you split documents you had the option to download them in a zip folder. Many brokerages require documents uploaded into their own compliance software and it just creates an extra step for me. I didn't like that that Glide tried to start their own TC business or that they were soliciting additional products to clients without my consent or knowledge, but both issues were addressed quickly and professionally.

Glide= A creative team that produced an innovative program and platform for the real estate world. It helps reduce liability which is the #1 concern in this industry AND they make the disclosure process less stressful for all parties. I am always excited to work with the team on new concepts and to learn about the new systems upgrades. It is a wonderful system and I can't wait to see what they come up with next!

Pros

The ease of use for both agents/TC's and clients. Glide utilizes program integration with Docusign and Zipforms which saves a ton of time! The text to talk AVID option is also a huge time saver and it allows you to attach photos easily without creating/editing a separate document.

Cons

Nothing really. The Glide team is all about UX so even if there is something you don't like there is always a creative and caring person ready to work on a solution. They're all amazing!

With this software, we are solving the problem of the delay in getting the disclosures completed. The seller has the capability to complete their disclosures more quickly and we have the ability to share them more quickly as well. Also the ability to get agents to complete their Avid faster.

Pros

The easy way the software interacts with other programs like ZipForm, Docusign and the ability to send documents to the seller to be filled out and the ability to share the documents with the buyer, making our ability to complete the paperwork faster and easier. Just an incredible invention.

Cons

The sharing feature can be more user friendly. I found it difficult to stop sharing when I'm using the electronic sign and I don't want the agents I shared with to see what documents I am adding. Sometimes I don't want to share some documents but I still want to use the e-sign.

Overall this product makes my job and life so much easier and simplified. I love Glide!!!!

Pros

This product has been developed so nicely, that it is a TC's dream come true. Managing multiple agents and their respective Brokerage documents makes it very easy to do. I can easily grab the documents I need without having to login into individual zipform accounts. It's easy to add additional documents as needed. I love how the signatures are already placed when uploaded into Docusign. Such a time saver!!! Also handling the TDS and SPQ with the seller is so much easier as well, especially when questions have to be modified or changed.

Cons

The only glitch is for my agents that use the Zipforms Broker edition. Some of the brokers leave notes on the forms, so when I pull them into Glide, I have big yellow notes showing on the forms. So for my agents that use the broker edition of Zipforms (with notes) this can be an issue.

I was having issues of having clients complete disclosures straight through Zipforms, having Glide is a huge difference. Rather than spending most of my day talking on the phone walking clients through disclosures, Glide asks the questions for the clients to answer. Being able to complete disclosures and AVID's on a computer and a phone is a life saver as well as sometimes some of our clients are in the process of moving and already packed up their computer/laptops.

Pros

The ease to get sellers to complete opening disclosures is such an easy process now. I've had clients of all ages tell me and the team how easy it was to complete the workflow of documents.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve, and being asked to order a NHD report every time I open a workflow is a little annoying with no way to turn off that option.

This has hugely helped sellers understand their disclosures more clearly and actually end up disclosing more of what they should be! Also having the agent's be able to do their AVID on their phone was just a game changer for our office as a whole!

Pros

I love that everything is in 1 spot from the disclosures & NHD to the AVID. You can load other CAR forms and integrate with docusign and have all of the signature boxes loaded for you. All around this is a HUGE time saver for me :)

Cons

I liked when there were less screens to go thru. I like everything on 1 or 2 pages.

I love Glide and it is an integral part of my business. I think it has probably allowed me to double my volume of my business!

Pros

Sellers fill out disclosures accurately and completely with such ease. Any corrections needed to the forms are easily accomplished. Love being able to push docs out through Docusign with the tabs pre-placed, it is one stop shop for all things CAR forms related for me!

Cons

I wish it were possible to search my agents' names rather than scrolling through my long list to set up a file, I wish we could email forms out of the program, I wish we could see what forms have already been pulled into the file when we are in the "all forms" section

Pros

For real estate disclosures that require the seller to fill in information, using Glide has made our jobs so much easier as the client is walked through each question and needs to answer it or flag it for resolution. We no longer get disclosures returned that are incomplete and if a seller needs to revise an answer all they need to do is go back in to Glide and make the revision.

Cons

The most frustrating thing is that it is difficult or impossible to change the name or email of a client when their role has changed and the software keeps defaulting to the name/email that no longer goes with the transaction. We have also noticed that sometimes the County is left off the disclosure and then we have to add it in manually after it is generated.

I have saved so much time since I started using Glide. All I have to do is enter a few emails and the program does the rest. Not to mention all the time saved going back and forth over missed sections. Nothing ever gets missed making my job so much easier and faster.

Pros

It is really easy to set up and send an "invite" to our home sellers. As a Transaction Coordinator so much time is spent on the TDS and SPQ ensuring that it is completely filled out. The "wizard" through Glide ensures that every portion of the forms are completed and that there are "explanations" for any yes answers. This saves so much time on my end as I know the forms are complete when I receive them.

Cons

The only thing I find difficult is explaining to the home seller that they will receive an email from me via "Glide" sometimes they are confused or don't realize what they are receiving and I find they often "trash" the email. Basically, the most difficult part of using Glide is getting the home seller to check their email!

Not ideal at all. My company pays for our subscription but I am considering paying for my own to Disclosures.io or another provider.

Pros

When updating a disclosure package, the cover sheet also updates. It is easy to message everyone who's downloaded a package.

Cons

The total count of disclosures downloaded is not intuitive, and the information given is often incorrect and unreliable. The layout is not intuitive (where to find things). I have found it to be awkward and glitchy. When I reached out to support, the person messaging with me on the 2nd event was very slow and did not appear knowledgeable. She seemed to know the product less than I did and took a long time to respond - and then it was with incorrect information.

Since Glide does make the two main disclosures very easy to fill out I think that overall its a good product. I would like it more if it didn't use itself as a platform to advertise outside companies when unnecessary.

Pros

I like that it makes disclosures like the Seller Transfer Disclosure and the Seller Property Questionnaire easier for the sellers to disclose items. Since it walks them through each question step by step they can't skip any of the check boxes and it gives them the ability to fully disclose through a TOA form rather than only giving them 4 lines to answer on.

Cons

This product likes to "Advertise" to clients when they open it. It will suggest home warranties and extraneous items that I think are unneccessary. I've had clients ask why we are making recommendations like that to them and it can really leave become a mixed signal to our clients who are just trying to fill out their forms.

Reason for choosing Glide

Because CAR said that it would cover uptown 5,000 in E/O insurance when using the product. It was a no brainer for our company since it protects the client and the brokerage's liability.

Glide has REVOLUTIONIZED completing disclosures in California. We love the ability to send a completed set of disclosures through the program as well. It has freed up my time to focus on preparing listings for the market instead of answering frustrated calls from clients and walking them through these complicated forms. Great work!

Pros

Glide took two of our most confusing California disclosure forms and simplified it to the easiest level possible for our clients. Our clients used to get so frustrated when completing these forms. Now, I rarely have a client call me with exasperation in their voice from filling out these disclosure forms.

Cons

The integration was seamless. Most employees were able to grasp the process of sending disclosure forms through Glide in a short amount of time.

I am a transaction coordinator and I am frequently sending out packages of disclosures for sellers, buyers or agents to fill out. They provide all good feedback on the ease of use and the helpfulness of getting the disclosures done right the first time!

Pros

It is super easy to use. The software is quick and rarely has any issues. Our clients and agents find it to be structured in an easy-to-understand way where they are able to get the documents done easily.

Cons

We frequently deal with local disclosures in addition to the disclosures available within Glide. If there was a way to upload these additional disclosures for our account, that would be great. That way, our clients and our agents get everything done in one sitting!

Time, efficiency have been the most insightful way to state how Glide is helped me and my clients.

Pros

I utilize this system to send to clients to fill out these forms online with ease and convenience of not having to print them out and scan back . hes disclosures are needed in a timely fashion so this has been most help helpful.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is it does not allow me to upload forms that aren't in it's system unless I upgraded and this is a free system to all REALtORS through our Association.

Filling out disclosure paperwork is one of the most important, yet most difficult tasks a homeowner will do in the course of selling their home. Glide makes it easy to not only complete the disclosures, but helps the seller do so with a higher level of accuracy and thoroughness.

Pros

Glide simplifies the process of completing the disclosures and helps the seller do a better job of being complete and accurate when they fill out the disclosure forms.

Cons

When the seller fills it out remotely, as their agent there are usually some clarifications I can suggest. It can be a little complicated to get on the same page with them. I try to be present when my clients complete their package. But it's still far superior to completing them by hand.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. My clients have no issues completing it. Easy for the clients so they don't have to print out the documents complete them, then scan them back to me. Also, great that I can have the agents complete their AVID and I can order the NHD.

Cons

I don't like when the clients flag a question and then it is hard for them to go back in and change it.

My experience with Glide is a time saver. Here in California we have a lot of disclosures in the real estate industry and Glide makes it easy to get the disclosures I need completed in a timely fashion with no mistakes.

Pros

The features that are most impactful for me as a transaction coordinator is the fact I can send disclosures the sellers need to complete via Glide and I know they will not miss any questions or explanations like they do when completing by hand. I saves me time as not having to email back and forth. The other amazing thing is Agents do not like to do there AVID and Glide allows me to send the AVID to them and the ease of completing right on their phone with the voice to text, adding photos and docs is so easy I get their AVID's complete and easy for them to do! Thank you Glide!

Cons

Integration with my business was easy. I do wish the option to sellers to purchase insurance was not in the place they can mistakenly sign up for something the agent hasn't discussed with them.

We love Glide and how easy it is to use. I like the recently added NHD Report features.

Pros

For us, it was the ease of doing the AVID with my Agents. They can do their AVID while at the property during a Home Inspection. We also love the feature where clients (seller's) can fill out documents such as the TDS and SPQ with ease. Where it is normally a difficult set of documents to gather from Sellers.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot say anything bad about Glide. I recommend it to everyone in my position. It saves me time and is a great feature for our brokerage. I would love to see Home Warranty Features added.

Pros

For people who have never seen the disclosures, it is fine

Cons

You cannot help the client edit on your end, it does not exactly follow the 1st page of the TDS (especially the exhaust fan question). In the free version, it is exhausting trying to help resolve flags or help a client edit...and I think the paid version costs too much for such limited forms.

### "Glide Saves Me time!!!"

It's great, time-saver, and easy to use.

Pros

How it easily links w/ zipforms and integrates with CAR. Also how it will auto populate signatures in docusign to dave tons of time.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to archive or delete old files. New format takes a while to get used to. Maybe an email to users once a new release drops, so I dont login and learn I have to relearn the format.

What is funny is I was resistant to using glide in the beginning but now I use it every day on every single transaction. I couldn’t do my job without it.

Pros

I love the workflows and timeline. They are perfect for what I do.

Cons

I wish there was a checklist for transaction coordinators to ensure all documents are uploaded and fully executed.
