Pros

I like the ease of use for my clients and the way that it helps to explain the disclosure process to my clients.

Cons

I did not like that my clients are being solicited to purchase a insurance. I do not want my clients solicited by any company I am asking them to use.

Timelines. Notes section. Service provider section. Email printing.

Archives. Difficult to close out files. Needs more support and set up tutorial.

Whenever I've had an issue, I've not had trouble reaching someone. A delay, but I've always received a response had had assistance resolving any issues.

Pros

Very helpful in ensuring clients complete all fields when completing disclosures. Eliminates back and forth obtaining corrections. Both by agent and agent's clients have enjoyed using.

Cons

The inability to complete multiple SPQs and TDSs for multi unit properties. Although not required by law, many brokers do require one of each for each unit up to 4 units.

Pros

This software is easy for my clients/agents to use. Easy to correct any changes... Made my life much easier and accurate!

Cons

I can't think of any. If I ever have a problem, I can't them and boom, I hear back right away.

Glide has freed up time in my daily routine by giving the client the ability to complete difficult forms in a easy web based platform.

Pros

This software is a game changer in the Real Estate industry. The TDS and SPQ are the most difficult documents to get completed properly. With this software it provides more information than anything else we use. It is easy to use and our clients seem to be able to go through it with easy. I know my agents love the AVID experience of being able to complete it on their device while they are at the property.

Cons

The thing I like least about Glide is that the Broker company name and other agent name doesn't feed over and are sometimes the Broker company name is incorrect.

Pros

A user friendly tool to build a business application that can be use to get people key into a service or product.

Cons

Some applications designed with the spreadsheet doesn't come out well sometimes. There is a need to improve on it

I get disclosures quicker and with less errors/mistakes.

Pros

I love this product! It makes my job easier by simplifying the process of completing the disclosures for the seller. I love the integration with DocuSign which makes getting signatures a breeze and saves me the time of dropping the signatures into the documents.

Cons

We have to upgrade to use the multi-unit feature. I think this should be included in the basic plan.

Great! Biggest advantage is that its user friendly so anyone could access and use it with very little training or coaching.

Pros

I LOVE this software! I love that it eliminates the risk of my clients not completing certain docs in there entirety. Its easy to use for my non techy customers and they love it too!

Cons

I dont have any negative feedback so far, its really a great tool!!

Reason for choosing Glide

I was introduced to Glide from a high producing team in Northern CA. I had been sending out disclosures through Docusign but going this route gave clients options to skip questions and Glide covers that problem :)

It's constantly improving and changing which is great however at times that means having to relearning what you already knew how to do on the platform.

Great. Its such a useful tool

Pros

The features are so user friendly and easy to use. This has definitely changed the way agents and clients fill out disclosures and AVIDs. It is so convenient for agents to fill it out quickly while they are waiting for home inspector to fill out inspections. Clients aren't looking at all the paperwork grimly anymore, its the best!

Cons

I love it, its great. But instead of having agents select a password, why not develop an app. That way if agents are out in the field they can quickly pull it up, select the property and begin, instead of relying on transaction coordinators to do it, which is what often happens

Over all I love GLIDE, just little things leave me less efficient and with a busy work load every second counts.

Pros

I love the convenience of this program.

Cons

I do not like the make over. I do not like all the tabs to select the different features. It fells too busy and it is challenging pulling up my documents. It would be nice if it offered a tools task instead of walking you through each step. For time I do not want to punch through each item, I just want to go to what I need to do and be done.

No problems. All good for now.

Pros

The ease of filling out the disclosures in a step-by-step process for the seller's of the transaction is gold. They are prompted for each question which makes it easier to focus on each question at a time and not skip around. If they do have questions on something, they can address it in the Glide system for the agent to be qued to address. I love the easy system.

Cons

I wish it was integrated with DocuSign so they disclosures could be filled out and then sent through docusign with the whole disclosure package for signature.

Pros

Using this product helps with the completeness of the seller disclosures. So often when the seller fills them out by hand they will missing answering questions. Glide will not let them skip any. It is very easy to use on both ends, set it up and also on the seller side. Love it tags the documents when sending to DocuSign.

Cons

The flagging feature. It seems to complicate the process. Not sure how to make it easier....

Again takes the pressure off the agent and TC,where the seller answers questions instead of us.

Pros

east of uploading from zipforms, takes the pressure off me and I can order my NHD Report in minutes. As long as the client/agent is slightly techie - it's a blessing for coordinators.

Cons

The correction feature is a bit clunky. If a seller changes an answer too late, takes a lot of back and forth.

Overall, much more streamlined process of obtaining disclosures from sellers. I would love it if, once the TDS & SPQ are complete, a full disclosure package (including the TDS & SPQ) could be created and sent out for signatures - preferably via Docusign interface.

\* ensures that sellers do not overlook answering any questions on disclosures, or miss providing explanations to any "yes" answers provided.

Cons

\* feedback loop after seller flags questions for agent assistance; confusing for sellers to figure out how to go back & update answers once they have conferred with their agent

Pros

Glide allows me to send disclosures to sellers and doesn't let them miss questions. I also love that they can ask for clarification on a question without stopping the whole process.

Cons

Glide logs me in and out each time one of my agents login to their accounts through Zipforms.

Glide helps a seller to completely fill out their disclosures without missing a question or forgetting to add an explanation to their answers.

Pros

I really like how simple it is to understand how to set-up a file for a client and how easy it is for a client to answer the questions that completes their disclosures.

Cons

So far, I have not found anything I did not like and just waiting for all the remainder forms to be uploaded.
