So far basically satisfied with product. Pretty easy to use.

Pros

Helps client answer questions and leave remarks for help and that you/client can go back in and edit easily. Agent Visual is good but could be improved per comments from my agents.

Cons

Wish there was a way to upload a couple more forms- they are more local specific

I love this this program as it allows me to send documents to the sellers and have them come back complete to me which saves me so much time. I look forward to trying additional functions that Glide has to offer.

Cons

So far, I am loving Glide and have not experienced anything I would consider a con.

Pros

Glide helps get the disclosures done without error so much faster and more efficiently! I can see exactly where our clients are having trouble and help address their concerns.

Cons

When their are updates I experience some minor glitches but I always get it resolved with your team.

How detailed the instructions to clients are for filling out forms.

Cons

I cannot always find all the forms I need. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't.

Reason for choosing Glide

Some of the landing pages are a little confusing to follow.

I wish you could capture the signatures on the forms and not have to resend out through DocuSign.

It has solved the issue for clients not completely filling out the required disclosures and it helps keep us in compliance.

Pros

It's easy for clients (sellers) to use and understand. It thoroughly explains the forms to clients minimizing mistakes and it ensures the forms get filled out completely! It helps to keep us in compliance and I love how it integrates with zipForm.

Cons

I currently use the free version therefore some features are not available to me. However, I wish it had additional forms available to use (specifically for leases). I wished it integrated with my own NHD provider accounts as sometimes we need to modify the reports and we can't do so now. Therefore, I've gone outside of Glide to order NHD reports. Also, I had one instance (that I'm aware of) where the Glide email went into a client's junk/spam box which caused a delay.

Pros

The end product are Sellers' disclosures that are complete and legible to use. Furthermore many questions that sellers might have when completing these forms are addressed and/or answered by glide.

Can't think of any now - very good software

I really enjoy GLIDE and haven't had any issues with it and I recommend it to any agents I handle transaction coordination for. I would like to see if they could offer Chinese or different language translation.

Pros

I really like that this assists the seller in getting complete responses to typical questions that are missed or not answered correctly.

Cons

I find the resubmission for flagged questions is not as easy. I also would like to see the Mobile Home Questionnaire to be included.

This program could be utilized more if it was more user-friendly.

Pros

I like the ease to send documents to be filled out to clients.

Cons

I like least that I cannot resend the document to be revised easily, I have to delete and re-send to be completely re-filled out. I also do not like that I cannot upload additional documents to be signed that are not in the current catalog of predetermined CAR documents.

I believe its a very easy process. Sort of self taught. Very smooth and easy to use with basic computer skills.

Pros

That the client can complete documents online versus doing with paper and pen. The speed and ease makes the process much faster. No misplaced or lost paperwork, etc.

Cons

if a customer is not internet/computer savvy then we have to go old school. That is not Glides problem though.

Pros

Glide makes the process of helping sellers fill out complicated forms much easier. I can also request agents to fill out their visual inspection form on their phone or computer, which makes the process simpler for them.

Cons

I still find the buyer's inspection election often comes through incorrectly, due to the buyer not understanding fully which inspections they are electing to pursue.

I like that a typically complicated and/or time-consuming industry requirement becomes templated and simplified to a few clicks.

Cons

It doesn't seem very easy or user-friendly to add more fillable documents to the process as a user.
