### "Community choir "

Choirs in the community come together to form one mass choir. Rather than calling all 26 members individually, I can make one call to everyone at the same time. When the choir is needed we can quickly make everyone aware.

Pros

Ease of use and very good for the price. We are a group of small choirs in a very small city so expenses are pivotal to our use of this service. I am so happy to have access to this service.

Cons

The only con I can think of is times i am thrown off the network before completing the input. Only happened a few times.

Just great overall to get information out to Church group quickly.

Pros

Great tool to get news out to Church members quickly. Prayer requests/inclement weather updates

Cons

It was a little tricky when using the keyboard to type the message initially- felt like I was in a loop trying to get to the next step.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the easy functioning dashboard and quality of service provided

Cons

Some of the features I'd like to use aren't available. Sometimes the calls are delivered malfunctioning. The fact that the calls stop at 9 pm.

Pros

It makes it easy to get a message out to the masses. Also, you can schedule messages to go out at a later time.

Cons

I wish it were easier to send the text messages. Most people don't understand the opt in text options given.

I think software is user friendly. I really enjoyed how easy the one can navigate the software without having to figure out what do while one is operating the calling post functions.

By using the software we were able to contact multiple individuals with one call.

Pros

What I like about this software was The ability to schedule calls . I also appreciate the ability to store past messages and reuse when necessary

Cons

Some of the plans were misleading. My organization had to upgrade for everything. We increase our listing to five more people and the price doubled.

I like the option to do a voice recording or use text to voice.

Cons

It feels clunky and doesn't function well for us. We have sent messages, paid credits only to find the message was lost somewhere in cyberspace and never delivered.

Very pleased. I ended up using it outside work as a scout leader.

Pros

I value most the time that this product saves me. On occasion we need to get a message to our entire church congregation, and as there are still many members who aren't not online, a phone call is important. I appreciate it allowing me to send a message to more than one group at a time. Previously it did not do that.

Cons

The voice recognition is not great. I would prefer to use it versus recording my own voice, but it mispronounces some words.

has been a great resource for our church because of the ease of use in getting a telephone message out to our people.

Cons

The mobile app is good, but not great. It consistently has problems with the iPhone XR I use and the interface is not as intuitive as it could be.

It is easy to upload our mailing lists so that our messaging is sent to our most current database

Cons

We have had several technical glitches where it will not send out our messaging properly. Contacts to customer service are not helpful.

I like the ability to do a mass communication

Cons

A lot of people do not answer the phone, look at their caller id and see the church number. Instead of listening to the message, they will call me back to see what I wanted. Then I'm overwhelmed with return calls.

My experience has been good but don’t use it frequently.

Pros

The software is like having another employee, I can reach out to a group of potential clients in less than 5 minutes and I receive notice when correspondence is complete. The software doesn’t require a unique password. My assistant and I can both use it with ease.

Cons

The software frequently crashes. I don’t have time to resend messages, it needs To work the first time.

I am able to contact all members with one call. Plus, I can track who received the call, if message left, or if someone opted out of receiving the calls.

So far I have no problems with this software, only I found that some members would claim that they did not receive the call.

Time! I have more time to finish all the other tasks I need to do instead of calling people or wasting time on e-mails to people who don't read them.

Pros

Our church size is about 150 family units. People get, listen to and respond better to the phone calls through vs sending out e-mails. The time that would be needed for myself to call each family would take forever...I can prerecord a message, schedule a time for it to go out and done!

Cons

I like everything about this program. It didn't take long to enter the phone numbers or group them.
