Pros

VRWorks made our busiest days very smooth. We improved our check in performance dramatically because we were able to keep track of housekeepers and inspectors and head off the typical last minute issues by seeing them earlier in the day and acting on them before they became a crisis. Our guests loved it because they got instant notification when their vacation rental was ready often getting in to their unit early. We've looked at a lot of different software. This one has proven to be by far the best.

Cons

We found that our property managers needed tablets in the field and that was something that we hadn't anticipated. While they could use their phone, it was a bit more challenging. So we needed to make that decision and it worked out. And working with VRWorks we suggested to them that they make that clear to the next customer.

Reasons for choosing VRWorks

The dispatch dashboard acted like a command center allowing us to watch progress on over 300 units turning. We felt this would help us manage the day better. And it does.
