Pros

Nos conseillers ainsi que nos clients apprécient la rapidité et l'efficacité de la solution. Elle aide au diagnostic des problématiques de nos clients, accélère la résolution et peut éviter les déplacements de nos techniciens au domicile.

Cons

La gestion des rôles et droits utilisateurs pourrait gagner en flexibilité pour répondre à notre usage à grande échelle.

Apizee nous sert à réaliser des chiffrages de travaux à distance, pour nos clients particuliers et nos bénéficiaires d'assurance.

Pros

Grande facilité d'utilisation pour notre métreur et notre client. Il n'est pas nécessaire de faire d'installation sur le smartphone du client. L'équipe Apizee nous a accompagné des tests à l'intégration finale.

Cons

Aucun problème d'utilisation ne nous a été remontés. Il manque peut être une fonction de prise de mesures par vidéo.

Pros

La simplicité, rapidité et prise en main de la caméra à distance permet de solutionner de nombreux cas de support, dépannage, assistance et d 'éviter des déplacements inutiles ou de l'incompréhension par les canaux classiques voix/mail/chat, etc..

Cons

Rien de notable, le produit correspond au cas d 'usage recherché

Une solution intégré pour ajouter le canal vidéo au centre de contacts

Pros

Apizee est intégré à notre solution de centre de contacts, il suffit d'un clic pour que les agents puissent lancer une visio avec un client lorsqu'ils sont au téléphone. Simple et pratique, tout est historisé !

Cons

C'est une bonne solution, facile à déployer. Il faut néanmoins penser à former les agents (1h) et les inciter à s'entrainer afin qu'ils prennent l'habitude de l'utiliser au quotidien.
