Pros
I like that the platform is user friendly and that there are regular updates with new capabilities.
Though the platform can present challenges and learning curves, airSlate has some amazing capabilities and an awesome team making big things happen.
I love the airSlate support team. They are always so kind and helpful.
It has been very good, we have migrated some of our processes to airslate like vacation request, payment requests and it has worked very well.
Cons
I dislike when a "bot" fails. Although this happens infrequently, it disrupts the workflow and causes delays.
AirSlate did not solve my sole problem of sending documents for e-signature.
At first, it was difficult to understand the BOTS and try to repeat what I did. The more complicated the form, the different conditions had to be set up.

Pros: This solution has been a game changer by allowing us to create a tailored onboarding workflow template that ensures all details are meticulously managed as we bring each new client on board.
Cons: The ability to identify bot failures is not very user-friendly, however, that said, the talented support staff is always available for live chat with little to no wait which helps address any questions or issues quickly.

Overall: Overall my experience is good. There is a lot you can do once you get past the learning curve. The customer support by chat is fantastic! Super fast and helpful.
Pros: There is a lot of configuration that you can do to customize your process.
Cons: The setup is a little difficult, particularly when you are trying to collect information in a form and then move it into other document for signature. The bots that are used for this are problematic and respond verry slowly if you have a lot of fields.
"It’s just okay…"
Overall: I would prefer to use a different program every time I log on. We used to use PDF filler which was a much better interface with better features.
Pros: Some of the editing capabilities are nice.
Cons: It’s not a natural flow of document sharing and could be much more user friendly. Instead of it being easy to understand you have to learn another program and try to help your clients figure it out as well.

Overall: My overall experience has been very positive. This platform has made it very easy to set up automation and digital signing to better support our workforce.
Pros: I like that the platform is user friendly and that there are regular updates with new capabilities.
Cons: Usually the issues I have are user error and something that I am missing in my logic, I have nothing negative to say about the platform

Cons: I wish airSlate forms expired, because we have many 'floating' in the workflows, which clusters the workflow
