They have been patient with us through many internal challenges to complete the agreement, professional through the implementation and eager to answer many questions we have along the way. I would highly recommend Givful to any organization that is looking for a CSR platform to use, as they are a very valued and complimentary partner to Tivity Health. Pros The Givful platform is very user friendly and functional to meet the needs of our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, of engaging all of our colleagues in activism with the charities they are most passionate about and also providing real-time reports of giving. Cons Currently there is no mobile device app for the software, but is in development. When that is available it will add more value to the platform. Implementation was a breeze and our colleagues love the simplicity to support their favorite nonprofits directly from their paycheck. Pros Ease of use, ease of implementation, impact on colleagues, impact on communities. I haven't seen a tool out there that is doing what Givful is doing....making it easier for companies to give, match, track & build camaraderie around philanthropic activities. Cons I'll keep searching, but have yet to find any cons that would out weigh the benefits of this software. I can say that I made a suggestion and it as already been implemented into the software.
