My experience with Spyrix was frustrating from the start. I purchased the product based on advertised features that turned out to be non-functional. After reporting the issue promptly and cooperating with support, I was told that the broken functionality wasn’t considered “essential” to the product, even though it was a key part of my decision to buy. They refused to refund me, even though their policy clearly states that refunds are possible when technical issues can’t be resolved. Their communication dropped off, and their support system seems deliberately designed to block escalation. This company appears more focused on protecting sales than on supporting users. I’ve since escalated the issue externally and would not recommend Spyrix to anyone expecting transparency or basic customer service

They give you just enough functionality to think everything works—until you realize what really matters isn’t usable

Cons

• Important features completely not working •Customer service refused a refund, even after admitting the app doesn’t work. •Refund policy is selectively enforced—they hide behind vague wording instead of helping. •No phone support, no working ticket system, and they stopped replying to emails. •Misleading product presentation—mobile access is not functional

Pros

This software allows our company to streamline the workflow distributing tasks evenly, thus enhancing employees' productivity. Besides, we achieve high-grade security level.

The lack of project management tools assisting in self-management

\- hidden mode - useful features (my favotite one is screen recording) - fast installation - good value for money - responsive support

Cons

If you need, for example, 18 computers, you should chose btw. 15 and 20 computers. Screen recording is an extra feature and you are charged for it sepparetly.
