I like the built-in analysis tools, they are robust, offering the ability to break down data by various demographics and perform advanced statistical analysis without leaving the software, which is great.

SNAP meets our needs for surveys but the primary reason for this review is the amazing support I have received from the support desk EVERY time I have reached out. Particularly helpful staff have been \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

The product uses a lot of Microsoft features (same functions as Word) so it is easy to design a survey - even for a beginner. If you need support or have a specific question the support desk is very responsive and helpful.

Cons

The features in Snap11 can be a little difficult to "find" . How do I show fields, change column width etc. We are launching snap XMP this month and it looks promising. (another review to follow)

Very positive - a strong catalogue or question types together with branding capabilities has meant it has always met our client requirements

The survey tool is easily customisable which is great for clients who prefer to send out surveys that fit their brand guidelines. The routing, masking and formatting options are also detailed and help ensure efficient UX.

Cons

The formatting on desktop and mobile simultaneously can sometimes be frustrating and inconsistent.

Pros

There are endless options in customizing a survey. Reports reflect real time data. I've never experienced internal errors or downtime. The customer service and support is PHENOMENAL. I say, with confidence, that the level of support that Snap Surveys provides is unmatched. Each time that I submit a technical question, Snap Surveys responds promptly with detailed instructions and screen shots to assist me. The direction they provide is clear and concise.

Cons

For a period of time, it appeared that the software was in need of an update and new features. This seems to have been resolved with the rollout of new features in their new Experience Management Platform (XMP).

Pros

I like the flexibility in the software -- specifically, the ability to format surveys in a way that others don't allow. I have been using Snap 10 and 11 for many years and it has always been consistent and reliable. The customer support has also been very responsive, which sets Snap apart from the competition.

Cons

There have been several tasks that I've inquired about over the years and unfortunately, Snap could not accomplish those tasks. These are things that other survey companies offer so not sure why these things have not been improved in this software. I've been using Snap11 for over 10 years and not many new features have been added in the past years. However, I have not upgraded to Snap XMP yet so I am interested to see if these new features were addressed in this version.

Overall the experience has been good.

Pros

Snap software is user friendly. I enjoy the ease in which the survey tool can be build and the data is collected. There are so many helpful features. There is also many helpful tutorials and trainings offered.

Cons

The XMP software has some quirks. When data is changed in the desktop and uploaded, it doesn't update online. Also I think the analysis could be better.
