User friendly, reporting function very useful, easy access to employee details and the different security profiles that can be set up so restricted access can be given as needed.

Cons

The rostering function is still a work in progress but we are confident in time it will meet our needs.

The StrandumHR implementation project required significant input from internal resources to ensure its success but it has been a rewarding project - we are seeing the benefits in terms of the introduction of streamlined processes across our countries and the ability to extract real-time, accurate information from a global employee database. Our decentralised HR management model posed several challenges for the team at Strandum but they embraced these enthusiastically to enhance their application with solutions that work for us.

Pros

The interface is intuitive for employees and the application has a good range of functionality across the areas we needed.

Cons

Guidance to clients could be improved to help streamline the task of configuring the system.

StrandumHR has so many great functions, is user friendly and the support from the team while setting up is good.

Cons

Have not yet come across anything that I dont like about Strandum. There are so many different functions offered so it is just a case of getting used to the system.

Pros

The interface is intuitive for the employees. They can navigate their profiles, making leave requests and updating their timesheets.

Cons

Some of the admin aspects feel less intuitive. E.g. The impersonate function was hard to get used to.

I am glad the project is finished and it has met its purpose; which was to create the one way of doing things.

Pros

when it works its great and enables employees to manage their own records. It has helped us automate payroll and donor time sheets

Cons

the forecasted time to rectify has never been realistic resulting in more of our time needing to test, check, provide feedback and say what should be done.
