I had some issues at the beginning (most of them related to my misunderstandings) which were solved quickly and effectively due to the outstanding support SyncPenguin people offer on a continuous basis. Outstanding support and excellent user experience! Pros As a user of multiple calendars, I was looking for a synchronisation solution for long time. Client application was not what I was looking for since my calendar was accessible from PC, MacBook, iPad and iPhone or Android phones on a continuous basis. SyncPenguin is the ideal solution for synchronising my calendars. A real transparent and efficient solution allowing me to build any schema I find most useful. I use it now to synchronise 3 different calendars and I give editor access to one of them so the training institute I cooperate with can book time for my trainings. Great application! May 12, 2020 5.0 The attentive service of the team is the big difference, helpful employees really concerned with making the integrations functional, also the great price and easy access to the logs. Pros easy access to the logs and deployment assisted by the support team. Cons Few integrations of other apps close to the competition would be a negative point if the SyncPenguin team did not respond under demand. I needed an integration with a local APP in my country and with just 1 week we promoted the integration after sending the API documentation. Reason for choosing SyncPenguin The price and deployment assisted are the main points. Switched from [Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/) Zapier, despite having many APPs available, did not have my ERP, and I did not get an assisted deployment for my ERP API. Owner Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Just Didn't Work For Me" October 18, 2023 2.0 Just wanted to 2 way sync my google contacts with my Quickbooks online. Pros When the program works, it works really well syncing my contacts between the programs I need it to work with. Cons For me, my sync constantly threw errors and broke, didn't work, paused, lost the connection, etc. I had what I thought was a very simple contact sync between Quickbooks online and Google contacts. I would say overall I had a great experience. Pros Cheap and effective solution. I liked the competitive pricing, how user friendly the setup is, and the support provided from their team. An employee, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], responded very quickly anytime I reached out even though he's in a completely different time zone / part of the world. Pros We used this to sync two calendars between two tenants during a merger after it became an issue. This worked exactly as we needed, so calendars were also proper between the two tenants. It works, and it was easy. No funny business. Cons None I can think of. The demo was easy, the support was great, and the product worked. Reason for choosing SyncPenguin Seemed the easiest to use, had a business use for exactly what we needed. Review Source RH Richard H. I recommned this software based soley on the quality of their support and that is with out mentioning the high quality of the software itself. Pros The software is very flexible and has multiple options to sync various platforms together. It is very competitively priced considering the flexibility and quality of support. They are happy to add customisations that are needed and are added permanently to the software. Cons This is an admin level software and therefor not for the average user, the only slight downside is it could be a bit more user friendly but I think this is a compromise weighed against the flexibility and number of options it offers. I wouldn't let this put you off. Reason for choosing SyncPenguin While we had no other alternative, I was perfectly happy with functionality of SyncPenguin against CodeTwo and it perfroms equally as well. Review Source Leslie (. This is much more difficult than I could have imagined and SyncPenguin saved the day Cons I didn't have any issues - seriously. No other seems to exist. When I DID have questions, the support team was VERY helpful. Cons Not super easy to understand all the features. But I'm also a neophyte working with these types of things. Reason for choosing SyncPenguin There were other products which claimed they could do what SyncPenguin does but I found them ALL lacking. This is the only real solution I found. Pros I love how easy it is to transfer data from one software to another such as with my company we had to transfer from Hubspot.
