Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement avec Echobox Social, c’est sa simplicité d’utilisation et son efficacité. La formation intégrée m’a permis de comprendre rapidement toutes les fonctionnalités essentielles. La planification automatique des posts sur Facebook et d’autres plateformes est un atout majeur : elle me permet de publier au moment le plus opportun et de toucher davantage de personnes, augmentant ainsi le trafic vers mon site. Le fait de pouvoir automatiser la diffusion de contenus sans y penser chaque jour m’aide à rester constant et à maintenir une présence active sur les réseaux. En résumé, c’est un outil indispensable pour améliorer la portée et la performance de mes publications.

Pros

J’utilise Echobox Social depuis maintenant trois ans pour augmenter la portée et le trafic de mon site. Après avoir testé plusieurs autres outils, j’ai choisi Echobox car il s’est révélé plus performant, plus intuitif et mieux accompagné. La formation proposée dès le départ est claire et rend la prise en main du logiciel très simple, même pour les débutants. Grâce à Echobox, je peux planifier mes publications sur les réseaux sociaux chaque semaine, ce qui me permet d’économiser un temps précieux tout en assurant une présence régulière et efficace.

Cons

Seul petit bémol : j’aimerais avoir la possibilité d’un paiement mensuel plutôt qu’un règlement annuel.

Pros

Echobox allows us to automate social media postings, saving invaluable time for our social media team.

Cons

Echobox does not provide as in-depth analytics as some of its competitors.

Pros

Echobox is easy to use and saves the editors tons of time that they can use to write articles instead. Their algorithm often finds what can go viral. The contact with our success manager has always been perfect. They respond quickly and are always professional.

Cons

It would be fantastic to have a local contact who can see trends for the Nordic countries

El uso es diario para publicación, programación y edición de contenido a publicar en Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn y X. La automatización es clave, ya que el volumen de publicaciones es grande y esta permite sacar el contenido en el orden y momento más acorde según el comportamiento de nuestros seguidores.

Pros

La herramienta ayuda a agilizar el trabajo del equipo de Redes Sociales al agruparlas todas en un mismo lugar. Sumaron herramientas como compartir reels en colaboración para Instagram, lo que permite programar todo el calendario desde Echobox sin usar las diferentes herramientas nativas. Es de simple uso y más cuando se realizan tareas de manera diaria. La automatización del contenido por franjas horarias, según la necesidad del equipo, es muy útil.

Cons

Incorporaron una función que permite transformar en imágenes los diferentes links que se publican, sobre todo en Facebook, con el objetivo de aumentar la distribución, pero aún no se puede establecer correctamente cómo conformar esa publicación (sugerencia enviada), y las imágenes pueden quedar sueltas, por lo que sería bueno que sumen una marca de agua del cliente y que quede identificada.

Es una gran herramienta para programar contenido en redes sociales y medir el impacto de las publicaciones.

Pros

La manera en la que muestra el contenido programado es práctico y permite llevar el control de la planificación del equipo. Elabora informes cada vez más detallado de las publicaciones generadas y permite reperfilar las diferentes estrategias el equipo de Redes Sociales.

Cons

Falta que los errores de publicación sean notificados de manera más evidente, sobre todo el contenido programado, ya que solo queda la advertencia en la herramienta y uno se da cuenta cuando ingresa.

El uso de esta herramienta simplifica la publicación de contenidos en todas las redes sociales, lo que nos ayuda a ahorrar tiempo y poder enfocarnos en otras tareas. La programación y la incorporación de IA, es un plus valioso, sobre todo para sitios en los que se necesita contenido de manera constante, pero sin "bombardear" a los usuarios; Echobox se encarga de analizar qué contenido es el más apto y lo distribuye.

Pros

La herramienta es muy intuitiva, por lo que la vuelve simple de usar, pero aporta funciones claves. Alguna de ellas son la diversificación de tipo de publicaciones en redes sociales (imágenes, videos y links); todas las redes están conectadas y podés compartir el contenido fácilmente con un solo clic. Podre moderar la automatización y definirla según las necesidades de la redacción, es otro punto a destacar. Además de que cuentan con ayuda de soporte permanente y evalúan cada comentario/sugerencia/problema que se reporta.

Cons

Hay publicaciones que no salen a pesar de estar programadas y eso altera un poco el uso, y no envía notificación. Pero el equipo técnico está activo, en constante contacto y analizando estos comportamientos para que no se produzcan.
