Precisaria ter um suporte com o fuso de horário ajustado ao nosso país. São rápidos e eficazes, mas dependendo da hora, apenas no dia seguinte

Una de las principales ventajas es la posibilidad de administrar múltiples cuentas desde un mismo lugar. Nosotros contamos con perfiles en Facebook, Instagram y Twitter, y administramos todo desde el mismo panel, además de la posibilidad de mejorar los textos y las imágenes de los links que se publican en Facebook. La posibilidad de publicar Instagram Stories desde la misma herramienta nos permite ahorrar mucho tiempo.

Cons

Quizás mejoraría la posibilidad de editar las stories de Instagram, con más formatos personalizables, o la posibilidad de administrar nuevas redes sociales que tenemos uso.

We had no one to take ownership of our social media and no money to hire anyone. That’s when we turned to Echobox and it revolutionized our social media presence and saved us money in the process. It’s like hiring a social media manager without the salary and benefits.

Pros

For the most part, this tool is a set it and forget it tool. It will do all the work for you. Even if there’s a mistake in a posting, you can delete and change things from inside the interface. No need to visit all the different sites. It’s an all-in-one stop.

Cons

Echobox takes some time to train and if you don’t know what you’re doing initially, the product can take on a mind of its own. We learned that the hard way. Since we were one of the earlier customers, we got on the tool without any formal training and quickly became frustrated with it. However, after a session of going through the customizations, we learned how to control the tool and what and when things were posted. It’s not always perfect and sometimes it doesn’t post as quickly as you’d like it to, but overall, it’s a great solution.

Reason for choosing Echobox

Echobox’s machine learning fit us better. Once it learned our readership patterns, it really increased our engagement.

### "Optimizing Skills"

I use the plataform to know what is the best moment of the day I should post our contents. As a journalist, specially for internet, being the firt to publish it is the most important thing. But on social media I just realized it is different. So depending on the article, Echobox prefers publishing the content a bit later during the day, in a specific moment their AI realized would bring us more engagement. Which works pretty well in our small company case scenario

Pros

Echobox Made my life and my Ag Fight co workers' lives much easier. It's simple to use and very intuitive, which save us a good amount of time besides increasing our engagement in social media (in our case, specially on Twitter)

Cons

I would like if the plataform whad the option to work just in Portuguese, since our team is whole based in Brazil

With Echobox, their AI automatically chooses the best time to share posts on social media and timing article releases to when readers are most active. Echobox automatically shares evergreen topics that are currently trending, amplifying organic reach. My experience with Echobox for my website has been great so far, and we had 4x 20,000-plus pageviews days in a row after switching things over to Echobox (a feat not conquered in some time), which is promising!

Cons

I would love the option to include first comment on posts included in future versions.

Echobox makes it easy to manage all of your social media output across platforms in one place. Its A.I. capabilities take the guess work out of posting times. For any publisher or brand managing a large daily volume of content, its seamless integration and automated capabilities allow you to scale your output and take a whole lot of the grunt work out of the daily management of social posts. For a publisher, it is the best tool of its kind of the market at helping to drive page views and making running social media a whole lot less stressful.

Cons

The analytics reports could be scaled up and improved with visuals, and though you can build an evergreen bank of content, this isn't easily accessible to keep track of and edit - so it would be great if this could be addressed.

The AI features were much needed to provide our teams direction on which pieces of content to share and when.

Cons

I think I would like to see more insights into the movement of AI scoring for specific pieces of content, especially the scoring between when scheduling a post and when it was actually shared by the platform.

O produto é intuitivo e facilita bastante no gerenciamento de redes sociais. Além disso, ele traz dados interessantes de alcance e métricas de cada post realizado em cada rede social. As sugestões de postagem também estão sendo bem utilizadas pela minha equipe.

Cons

O fato de a ferramenta ser totalmente em inglês é algo que não pode ser deixado de lado. Além disso, pelo fuso, às vezes a comunicação com a empresa é um pouco demorada.

For sure, saving time is huge for every business, but most important is that each procedure actually works. So, by using echobox newsletters, we obtained a modern result, traffic increase, and at the same time we saved a lot of time.

Pros

We spend actually no time to produce and send newsletters, as automatically it "chooses" the most-possible -to-like for our subscribers, You only set some parameters once (how often to send, time lapse, titles, logos, banners) and then you don't have to worry again!

Cons

We haven't, until know, feel that something fails our expectations.

Al principio me parecía difícil de usar, pero después de unos días te vas familiarizando con la plataforma y se hace más fácil entender la herramienta. Creo que a todos los del equipo de EconomíaHoy cuando la usamos nos ha sido de utilidad, sobre todo para alcanzar los objetivos del trabajo.

Pros

Desde que llegó la herramienta Echobox las tareas de programación de publicaciones en redes sociales es más fácil y absorbe menos tiempo; además, nos permite medir el impacto que podrían tener nuestros post. En general, creo que es una herramienta excelente, gracias!

Cons

Lamentablemente, por lo mismo que la plataforma mide el impacto de las publicaciones, algunas se programan para tiempos poco óptimos para algunas publicaciones. Es bueno trabajar con un sistema de algoritmos, pero también a veces la intuición sobre las publicaciones y la coyuntura apremian para que un post pueda tener éxito.

Fantastically easy to use, much better than the Facebook interface - being able to promote across multiple pages/platforms is a great time saver as well!

Cons

I would love to be able to report retrospectively on Echobox scores at the time of being posted. Also be good if A/B split test click-through rates were at 2 decimal places, but that's a minor quibble.
