We are a non-profit organization! I'm disappointed to learn that Airtime Pro organization does not offer a non-profit discount, contrary to what was initially advertised. This inconsistency has caused confusion and wasted time for our non-profit organization.

At the beginning of the pandemic, we all went on lockdown and had to do lessons for our students online. It was a great tool for passing along important info to our students, as well as playing some great music for our teachers and students while they worked from home,

Pros

This software was easy to use once I figured out everything, and my listeners got a kick out hearing something broadcasted just for them.

Cons

The instructions for getting everything setup was very vague, and costumer service was not fast enough

This is the only software that makes my day anytime I want to showcase my African style. It makes me be on top of the world. Everything about Airtime Pro.

Have had some billing issues as we don't get why the lowest tier of payment can't be annual or semi-annual.

Pros

Although it is used only for online streaming with us, it works very well. We use Rocket Broadcaster to send our stream to Airtime Pro. They then distribute it to a link on our website and to other providers on the Internet. We haven't used the storage and playlist facility of Airtime Pro, but it's all there.

Cons

We've not discovered any bad aspects of the software. It does as it's intended. I'd like to see more analytics shown of where the listeners are coming from, maybe even repeat listeners based on IP.
