We were obviously sold an old software for which they wanted to sell us an update 2 months later. I wrote at least 5 emails with the simple question: "When did the software come out"? \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did not want to answer this question. I still don't know. Because I refused to pay them more money, our IT guy had to install the software on a different server, because the latest version of Crystal reports (which SAP uses, too) was incompatible with the old software from Krutec and it kept on crashing. The people at Krutec are super unfriendly and the company is a rip off! Please do not fall for them! They are not a serious company. Pros User interface is easy to use........... Cons The people behind it! They sell you old software Customer service is not skilled enough Reasons for choosing Krutec It was recomended to me by our IT guy who now regrets it, because another one of his customers feels ripped off and he had to help pick up the pieces for us and his other customer.
