Partner Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Streamlined fundraising" July 16, 2020 5.0 Perhaps the most compelling reason to use AtomInvest is the relationship that they build with their clients in implementing and improving the system to make sure we are happy users. Pros AtomInvest was chosen to standardise our internal processes for capital raising for our clients and reporting back to them on progress. The software provides both a visual dashboard and the ability to export branded excel sheets to send to clients. Its simple interface belies the power of the system and the note taking and target sheets are particularly user friendly and relevant. Cons As a new entrant in this space, AtomInvest are particularly responsive to any comments on the system and have the ability to implement relevant ideas quickly, for which they cannot be faulted! Analyst Venture Capital & Private Equity Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Fundraising Portal" June 29, 2020 5.0 AtomInvest provides a seamless, end-to-end investor/ LP management system which includes functionality for CRM, datarooms and workflows for fundraising. The software provides a clean and modern user interface making it easy to use for both internal staff and for our LPs. We started with the fundraising portal / dataroom because they were able to get us up and running in just a couple of days but we have since added more modules to support investor CRM, pipeline analytics and onboarding. Highly recommended. Pros Highly responsive team and great service. The team is very open to new enhancement suggestions/ feature requests. The software is continuously improving making it a pleasure to use. Cons We are very happy with the service we have received from Atom Invest and the continuous improvement of the software. The system allows us to easily set up deal opportunities and tailor our offering for our investors. The AtomInvest team has been helpful with implementation, training and support throughout the process and worked to align the system's functionality towards our needs. Pros The portal is quite flexible and allows us to set up new deals very quickly and permission investors to see that deal live easily. Cons At first you'll need some time to get the hang of it and transfer some processes of your daily work into the platform. You will have to study the platform to fully exploit its potential, but it's definitely worth it to invest some time in. Review Source VS Vincent S. After a few months of using the system, we required additional functionality to support Fundraising and LP Reporting – AtomInvest allowed us to leverage powerful Fundraising workflows so we could manage our pipeline, fundraising datarooms and LP Portal, all in a single system. The fundraising & reporting modules in particular are invaluable for our operations. Pros As our needs, and the needs of our LPs, continue to evolve, the relationship with AtomInvest has evolved as well. We continue to find value in the many solutions the software provides. Cons Given the software offers such broad functionality, it is important, and exciting, to monitor the new feature releases and stay up to date on the functionality. Review Source CM Christoph M. The previous system was inflexible and it was so expensive to get changes made that our team didn't use it enough and we got little value from it. Pros AtomInvest is completely user configurable - from metrics to dashboards. Easy to find and maintain the data. Easy for portfolio companies to upload directly into the system. The implementation was smooth and the team went the extra mile to migrate our data, removing a major headache from switching systems. Cons Only that the data migrated across from the old system is too narrow - we would have captured so much more important information if we had had AtomInvest for our first fund. The team has provided a hands-on approach to setup and support which has been very helpful as we manage our fundraise. The team is always willing to schedule a refresher tutorial to ensure that we are using the software as efficiently as possible. We are considering licensing other modules of the AtomInvest platform as our tech needs change and evolve. Pros The Investor CRM is very straightforward and intuitive. The system allows us to ensure all investor engagement is tracked, allowing us to feel more comfortable managing our fundraise. Cons The setup itself was a bit more time-intensive than initially expected, but quickly became intuitive and we have peace of mind in knowing our Investors' personal information is in a safe and secure system while still readily accessible. Very happy with the system and the relationship with the Atominvest team. Pros We were looking to upgrade our investor reporting and other VC peers recommended we look at AtomInvest. We were impressed by the system's features and went ahead. The team worked hard to hit our deadline and we had a live portal backloaded with hundreds of investor records in just 2 weeks. Since setting up the data room, we've implemented additional modules including a powerful CRM tool and fully digital LP onboarding tool. These additional modules are all easy to use and look great. Pros The AtomInvest team are great to work with and we've found them very responsive and attuned to client needs. The team have been willing to build out additional features on the platform for us, which have made our processes more efficient. Cons Where we've had suggestions on the software, we've found the AtomInvest team really took this onboard and were even willing to build additional features for us, which has been excellent. They were super helpful with the implementation and onboarding and are very responsive when it comes to dealing with any issues.
