Der große Vorteil ist die Übersicht über alle Verträge, welche auch bei Bedarf schnell zur Hand sind.

Pros

Die Integration nach SAP, sowie der Rechnungsplan. Dieser Rechnungsplan ist bei der Erstellung einer Hochrechnung eine große Hilfe.

Cons

Im Vertragsmanagement muss die Kostenplanung händisch eingegeben werden

Qualität der ausgelieferten Software grade bei neuen Funktionen Einstellungen laufen über Pflege einzelner Tabellen, nicht über Views Einstellungen für Frontend und für Backend unterscheiden sich stark, abweichende Funktionalitäten, Einstellungen in unterschiedlichen Tabellen machen das Ganze kompliziert Customizinghandbuch beschreibt nur Tabellen, nicht aber, was für einen Vorgang in welchen Tabellen zu berücksichtigen ist (Viewansicht)

Im Vertragsmanagement gibt es unterschiedliche Metadaten bei unterschiedlichen Arten von Verträgen. Über Customizing lässt sich jeder Fall abbilden.

Cons

Bei kundenindividuellen Metadaten lassen sich Abhängigkeiten dieser untereinander nur durch Modifikationen einreichten.

die zusätzlichen Vorzüge sind nur mit Hilfe eines IT-lers erkennbar und/oder müssen durch weitere Beschaffungen (z.B. DocumentBuilder) erst ermöglicht werden; Bearbeiter Anzahl (3St.) und Varianten (1) lesen, schreiben; 2) lesen; 3) lesen) ist nicht ausreichend in einer Zeit, in der man durch digitale Lösung gerade Doppelablage abschaffen möchte und der gesamte Prozess möglichst durch ein "Produkt" abgedeckt werden soll. --> Änderung des Berechtigungsprozesses um alle Beteiligten Schreibberechtigung einräumen zu können
