Pros: Desde la solicitud comercial hasta la información contable que se genera tiene trazabilidad, importante tener claridad en el proceso y en todos los requerimientos detallados y puntuales.
Cons: Los manuales son muy extensos y en ocasiones se dificulta la búsqueda puntual de un proceso. En algunas ocasiones es muy demorado el proceso de consultas y/o solicitudes. No se tiene capacitación permanente de los módulos antiguos, solo de los módulos que van a lanzar a la venta.
