Hemos tenido una experiencia pobre, ya que hemos visto que no tiene la flexibilidad que uno espera de un software consolidado en el mercado y que ofrece como propuesta de valor, utilizar una herramienta de gestión empresarial moderna.

Pros

Utilizando ERP Pyme, nos ha gustado que es una plataforma web, y que tiene integración con otros software de gestión y venta. La interfaz es amigable y clara.

Cons

Hemos visto que existen condiciones básicas de personalización que no están disponibles para los distintos mercados, como la configuración de punto y coma para millares y decimales. En Chile usamos los puntos para separar lo miles y las comas para los decimales y eso no es modificable, lo cual genera problemas y explicaciones a los clientes y proveedores que reciben nuestras cotizaciones y facturas. Otra problemática ha sido el ingreso y manipulación de los artículos, ya que una vez creados, si existe un error o cambio en algún criterio, estos se tienen que eliminar 1 a 1, lo cual lo hace poco amigable para empresas que manejan largas listas de partidas. Existen funciones que no operan como deberían. Un ejemplo, es la creación de un articulo en forma unitaria, que no permite asignarle un categoría al crearlo, sino que debes guardarlo y luego editarlo para asignarle una categoría. Por ultimo, los artículos imputables, deben estar todos al mismo nivel de categorías, obligando a la empresa a reinventar su árbol de categorías para adecuarse a esta restricción.

Softland es una plataforma con pocos reportes y complejos de utilizar. Además su interface esta diseñada para usuarios que son contadores y no a gerencias que toman decisiones.

pesima, cara , ver alternativas ya que cuando ya estas usando el producto la incomodida de migrar y acostubrarse a algo nuevo te limita , no lo recomiendo

Pros

buena idea, nada que no se encuentre en otro ERP, te venden todo y es muy caro el valor versus el pesimo soporte y problemas constantes que se generan.

Cons

se cae, lenta respuesta, perdida de tiempo, caro, mala capacitacion de sus tecnicos, puedes perder tiempo , dinero por no poder facturar, desorden de inventario, nadie responde por tus perdidas.

Excelente sistema para una PyME, uso de interfaz amigable al usuario, se muestran todas las operaciones en una sola plataforma con buen infraestructura.

Pros

La información se encuentra en la nube y esto facilita el trabajo ya que todos tenemos la información en tiempo real.

Cons

Aunque es adaptable, para necesidades de personalización muy específicas o procesos de negocio altamente complejos, podría requerirse una evaluación más profunda de su capacidad para ajustarse sin desarrollos adicionales.

Mala. Finalmente dejamos de utilizar el sofware, solo fue una perdida de dinero.

Pros

Si eres una empresa pequé con pocos movimientos recomendaría utilizarlo, si no fuera tan alto su valor. Para empresas con mayor movimiento no lo recomiendo para nada.

Cons

Atención a clientes y post venta pésima. Tardaron mas de 6 meses en resolver un problema critico en la utilización del sistema.
