Pros Flux reunites several qualities that make it a very complete software: it allows third party integration, workflow and document management, it is customizable and it can automate bussiness processes. I personally dislike its user interface, but i find hard to deny the prominent ease of use and the huge ammount of features; such as the option to code job's error tolerance and exception handling, the possibily to control access and to restrict employee's visibility to work, the built-in security, and the designing tools to visualize schedules, among others. I'm amazed by the efficiency that signifies having a software which replaces manual procedures related to documents and files, Flux interface provides a tool that enables file tranferring, compression, decompression, encryption and decryption. Cons Flux lacks mobile access and calendar management, not to mention that it has deployment issues with Android too.
