Many of these vendors only send warm leads to us via email. Parsey allows us to quickly and automatically integrate these leads into our automated sales process. Pros It's easy to confidently set up each parser because Parsey gives a preview of the data it would be able to parse. Cons The first time I used it, it was slightly confusing to figure out how/where to start. Once I figured that out, it's been great to use. Pros The Docusign integration is a game changer for us. Parsey automates the sending, receiving, and processing of the data. The web hook parser also integrates a lot of the apps we use like Formstack. It ties Formstack and Infusionsoft together nicely. Cons The email parser is very difficult to configure and isn't always 100% accurate Reasons for choosing Parsey Parsey was the only game in town when we chose it about 5 years ago. Pros We have so many different funnels that our sales come through. Parsey has streamlined this for us and I love that the notifications and customers information shows up with a task to let us know we need to process an order. Cons During busy times, we have to remember to increase our account capacity but it's usually during these times that we don't have time to think about it until it's too late.
