Pros Evidence covers A LOT of ground in terms of providing a solution to share real time customer interactions with your brand on your site pages. It really fills this need fully. Cons By being a robust solution, Evidence has too many options for a normal human being to process right away. The learning curve to execute with software like this is relatively significant, and I didn't feel like there was a lot of support in getting that education. Review Source JN Jake N. Pros Love the aesthetics of it, functionality of it and consistency of using the software. I really like that with Evidence I have the ability to show what my customers are doing adding validation to curious or interested customers who may have objections or concerns. Cons The user interface was a bit confusing at first to fully understand what I was creating and how it was coming together but after a little time figuring it out it worked great. I didn’t have to be a developer to get it to work, and I had it up and running in an hour or two. Cons The only challenge is understanding the best use cases for each notification. Within about 30 minutes, I had a social proof notification working perfectly. For the ease of use and attractive design, I am glad to have this as a tool to convert more website visitors. Cons I contact support because I wasn’t able to specify that I didn’t want a notification to be shown to repeat visitors on a page. Pros I had Covid and couldn’t use the software or cancel my trial. When I asked for an $80 refund they denied it. I ended up having to do a chargeback. Horrible treatment of customers and would not recommend.
