Shyfter a transformé la façon dont nous gérons notre personnel. Nous avons réduit les erreurs de planification et gagné en efficacité. Le support client est réactif et toujours prêt à aider.

Pros

J'apprécie particulièrement l'interface intuitive et la simplicité de planification des horaires. Le gain de temps est considérable, et les fonctionnalités de suivi des employés sont très complètes. L'intégration avec d'autres outils est fluide.

Cons

Quelques ajustements mineurs pourraient être faits pour améliorer la personnalisation des rapports. L'application mobile pourrait être un peu plus réactive.

L'impression de m'être fait escroqué

Pros

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités pratiques étaient proposées (lien DIMONA, contrats étudiants,...) mais nous n'avons pas su le mettre en pratique

Cons

Aucun suivi par rapport aux promesses.. Par contre en expliquant le programme, ils encodent le personnel pendant plusieurs mois afin de procéder aux encaissements récurrents.

Outils indispensable et facile pour gérer les horaires dans le domaine horeca où des modifications sont à faire quasi quotidiennement (surtout en cette période de crise sanitaire).

Pros

Facilité de prise en main. Visualisation efficace des horaires. Consultable de n'importe où grâce à l'application smartphone.

Cons

Il manquerait de pouvoir visualiser le nombre d'heures réellement faites semaine par semaine par utilisateur. Il faudrait que les utilisateurs voient leurs heures prestées en tenant compte des pauses.

Je gagne un temps incroyable en digitalisant la gestion des horaires de mon pesonnel.

Pros

La fonctionnalité de shifts libre et surtout les rapports personnalisés sont vraiment un plus pour mon activité. Je gagne des heures d'encodage tous les mois. En plus mon personnel, est ravi d'avoir à portée de main leurs horaires et ils sont prévenus en temps réel du moindre changement.

Cons

J'aurais voulu l'utiliser depuis le début de mon activité, pour l'instant Shyfter me convient parfaitement. Rien a signaler du côté négatif en plus Shyfter ajoute des fonctionnalités supplémentaire presque tous les mois.
