Cons no cloud vpn product in case I can't provide a company vpn (or don't want to). Additionally I need my users to use MS Edge instead of your secure browiser. E.g. a user is using his phone from a café connected to a public wifi. Ideally he would be automatically connected to a cloud vpn provided by TinyMDM if he is using cellular mobile internet or is leaving the known company network. Là où la plupart des solutions MDM du marché proposent un mode « perte/vol » à part entière — avec affichage automatique d'un message sur l'écran de l'appareil, localisation en temps réel, alertes proactives sur la console d'administration — TinyMDM se limite à un déplacement manuel de l'appareil vers une politique de sécurité plus restrictive. Cette approche, trop artisanale, ne répond pas aux exigences opérationnelles d'une gestion efficace des incidents de perte ou de vol. Il s'agit selon nous d'un manque fonctionnel majeur, qui mériterait d'être traité en priorité dans les évolutions futures du produit. Pros TinyMDM se distingue avant tout par sa simplicité d'utilisation et son ergonomie soignée. La prise en main est rapide, même pour des administrateurs non spécialisés, et la courbe d'apprentissage est particulièrement douce comparée à d'autres solutions MDM du marché. L'interface est claire, bien structurée et agréable au quotidien, ce qui facilite grandement la gestion d'un parc de grande envergure comme le nôtre. Le déploiement des politiques, l'enrôlement des appareils et le suivi du parc sont des opérations fluides et intuitives. Pour la gestion courante de 2 000 tablettes, TinyMDM tient pleinement ses promesses et allège considérablement la charge de travail des équipes informatiques. Cons Le principal point noir de TinyMDM reste sans conteste l'absence d'une gestion native des appareils perdus ou volés. Contrairement à ses concurrents, la solution ne dispose d'aucun mode dédié permettant de déclencher automatiquement une procédure de perte ou de vol : pas de verrouillage intelligent avec message personnalisé affiché à l'écran, pas de localisation automatique déclenchée en cas d'alerte, pas de notification proactive sur la console d'administration. L'administrateur est contraint de tout gérer manuellement en réaffectant l'appareil à une politique de sécurité différente, ce qui suppose une réactivité humaine immédiate et un processus peu adapté aux situations d'urgence. Les équipes sont réactives lorsqu'il y a une question ou un éventuel problème. Pros L'outil Tiny MDM est top dans ma gestion quotidienne de ma flotte mobile mais aussi d'une flotte d'appareil android industriels. La simplicité d'utilisation ainsi que le nombre de paramètre disponibles en font la force. Je recommande vivement ce logiciel. Cons Pour ma part il manque une gestion de multi politique qui permettrait de gérer des paramètres communs et des paramètres spécifiques mais hormis cela ça fonctionne très bien. Même sans être un expert technique, j’ai pu configurer et déployer les appareils en quelques minutes. L’interface est claire, intuitive et ne nécessite pas de formation complexe. Autre point fort : le coût très compétitif, sans frais cachés, ce qui est parfait pour une structure avec un budget maîtrisé. Malgré son prix abordable, la solution reste complète et fiable. En résumé, TinyMDM m’a permis de gagner du temps, de réduire les coûts et de sécuriser nos appareils en toute simplicité. Cons Globalement, TinyMDM est une solution très efficace, mais s’il faut citer des points à améliorer, je dirais l’incompatibilité avec iOS, qui limite son usage dans des environnements mixtes. Pour l’instant, la solution est centrée sur Android, ce qui peut être contraignant si l’on souhaite gérer des iPhones ou iPads.
